Since when does Starbucks not accept 100 dollar bills? Been going to Starbucks since they came to the area and NEVER have been turned away because I didn’t have change for $100. They have always been able to give change back for this. It was also 11:30am, so it was not due to them not having enough change for it! Very disappointing.

I know a lot of people complain about the coffee being too bitter or acidic, but I think it mixes well with cream and flavored syrups. For a better balance of coffee flavor, try using fewer pumps of syrup.

I do not know what is going on with the East Ellijay Starbucks stand alone lately. None of the drinks have been made correctly. Having to go back and tell them and then getting attitude about the fact that they messed the drink up. I have been going to Starbucks for years and have not had this problem. Maybe ever now and then if I ordered something new. The drinks I have been getting are my normal, nothing crazy. I am about to completely stop Starbucks and so are my coworkers

I believe his name was James but I’m not sure, me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and he was incredibly nice and polite and so helpful. One of my favorite drinks is the crunch pecan oat milk latte but yall were out and he helped me find an alternative for it and we’ve never had someone with such good customer service skills. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISEEEE
