I believe his name was James but I’m not sure, me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and he was incredibly nice and polite and so helpful. One of my favorite drinks is the crunch pecan oat milk latte but yall were out and he helped me find an alternative for it and we’ve never had someone with such good customer service skills. Was recently on vacation here and visited this Starbucks every day. Every day the same drink order was made differently. Consistence is not key here. Also - ginger took my order & was extremely nice, but also new, and when she asked Kris on bar where a button was located, Kris yelled “WHAT” at her right in front of us before helping her.
