Cute little spot, but sadly their food wasn’t any good 👎👎The salmon patty ( under cornbread) was drier than a shoe sole, peas tasted like they came straight from a can, and the apple dessert was pretty lackluster and flavorless aswell. I doubt I'll come back for more.

Somewhat of a hole on the wall. Located in an old strip mall. Seems popular with the older locals. Wife praised the hamburger & onion rings. Mother-in-law liked her ground sirloin. I had no complaints with the fried chicken, turnip greens, & green beans. Would not order the mac & cheese again - tasted like a knockoff of Kraft mac & cheese, but not as good. Overall, we'll go back.

The food is not good its just plain and NOT TASTY at all. This one person that works there or runs it, is not a very nice person. She was really rude while she was talking at not to me. I have never cared for this place. And the only reason I went is because my cousin likes it. And the prices are ridiculous, I usually don't fuss about prices as long as it's worth the money, and yall it wasn't worth wasting my time or money on. I will not ever go back to that place again.

Fantastic late lunch. Even though we were about an hour from closing, we were welcomed. We chose meat and 3 - with a dessert for one of the three! We both had fried chicken. It was a little tough, due to being cooked a while - but it was juicy and flavorful. Green beans were the best I have ever had in a restaurant. Seasoned, but not loaded in onions. Other vegetables we had was corn, baked beans, Mac & Cheese - all were good.
Dessert!! I had banana pudding and it was fantastic - just the right mix of bananas, vanilla wafers and pudding. Hubby had German chocolate cake. He said it was very good with the cake being nice and moist.

We will definitely eat here the next time we are in the area.

That was the worst! Tasteless food even salt couldn’t help. The biscuit was a soulless brick. Waffle House is a better choice in comparison. HOW do they stay in business?

Good, down home food. Service was ok, not great or v ery friendly. Needs updating, old pictures and worn floors.

Did a google search and found this little place. Drove all the way there because it said they were open and had good ratings. This must be old! The shopping center was very run down and the restaurant wasn’t even open. Do Not Go Here! It’s a waste of time!!!

First visit, food good, big selection. But sweet tea leaves a lot to be desired, almost taste like instant from jar. Really shocked the bldg. doesn't have health code violations and safety, those ceiling tiles and ventilation unit looked 82 years old and customers and food exposed to that, concerning.

Server was extremely attentive and the food delicious and the coffee wonderful! A nice local place to eat at! We will be back for lunch! PS the biscuits are excellent!
