Drive-through was horrible, they had to ask me multiple times to repeat my order, I speak perfect English. They triple charged my debit card and my gift card balance was used as well but did not go towards my bill. Gift card showed zero after this as well. I got a statement from my bank, brought it in, the manager behind the counter said it I was charged in error and his manager/owner also said I was owed money back. They still refused to issue me a refund. I would strongly advise not to visit at this location.

The girls was great up front each one with beautiful smiles. Very helpful extremely attentive and fast in the back food was fresh and hot I'll definitely be back it's hard to find good service now days

We love our Ellijay Zaxby's! They almost always have a 100% health rating. If they don't get your order right they will fix it! Excellent food and Zalads. Be sure to ask for a free senior drink!

I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings meal and they gave me plain chicken tenders.This location needs a new manager, we can never get the right food we order, this is literally the 3rd time in 2 weeks they have messed our order up. I don't know if they can't read English or what but something needs to change. Hire new people, ridiculous. Food isn't cheap these days to be going around messing orders up.
