While Starbucks has always been a great place to have coffee from, they need to get more consistent on service level. For example the coffee can be very hot or just about hot, depending the place u go. A small thing, but makes a big difference to the satisfaction level of having a coffee

Probably my favorite Starbucks of all time, always gets my drink right and they always have the pleasure of serving me. The young gentleman in the drive-thru in
the mornings on the weekdays is such a outstanding employee.

I've been using this Starbucks since it opened and have been happy for the most part. Lately, when I order oatmeal with dried fruit, they leave out the dried fruit. It wouldn't be a big deal except that this happened a few times. I'm still giving you stars for the food overall, but your oatmeal isn't cheap so I'd appreciate that you give me what I order.
