This location is usually a pretty good experience. Today was not one of those days. We walked in and were never greeted. We stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Another family walked in and an employee said hello to them and we also replied back hello. She said someone else would be with us. We waited a few more minutes and a girl finally came to the register. She never looked at us, never apologized for the wait, did not give off kind vibes and neither...

This is an excellent location, walking distance from the event center and a sports park, including water sports. The staff was very nice and attentive. I apologize because I don't have the young lady that made my drink, in order to give her a shout out. However, something tells me that the staff are all following that standard.
