I brought my Autistic son there for his Birthday. The food was average and the service was top tier. But the atmosphere was okay and at the end of his Birthday dinner it was just awful, because they placed some immature young adults behind us and after that it went downhill fast. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t say anything but you could hear these Kids making snide remarks about my Autistic son that I don’t appreciate. I’ve NEVER had an Experience like this one before at ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IN THE AUGUSTA OR in even in the Evans area until recently which would be HERE! Hopefully, nobody else has deal with what my Autistic son and my family had to go through!

Ordered the shrimp and parmasen steak MEDIUM WELL my steak was so under cooked it was disgusting I worked all day drove 20 min to get my food for me and my family. Got my family food ready just for me to sit down and cut this super eaw nasty steak up! Called dude was not sympathetic and just gave 2 options credit or pick up the steak! Left to go pick up a COOKED steak and they didn't even replace the whole meal cause now everything is freezing cuz I had to drive another 20 min to get my food and now it's 10pm!!! Man I wish I can post the pictures!!!!

If I could give a negative star I would . We ordered they are not busy and we did not get our appetizer, still waiting on our food and nothing has happened . Worst experience ever

Couldn't get drink refills, From our party of 6, we had five orders arrive wrong. Service was dismal, and the restaurant wasn't at all busy. Our server was impossible to find, we had to ask for utensils, while our food started getting cold. One of our party requested ranch, he was ignored by a hostess, and never received the requested condiment after asking twice more. Ŵe will not be returning here, and will advise our friends likewise. Do better Applebee's

I have always enjoyed eating at Applebee's. Their menu offers a variety of delicious meals and the service has always been great.
To come in at the tail end of happy hour, the service was amazing. We had Christian and he did amazing at helping us make some amazing food choices and drink options. Very polite and helpful. Definitely coming back.
