Nice place to enjoy a drink, but the food was horrible. From now on it will be just drinks and apps. 8/18/2025 Decided to give them another try today. Needless to say… The food was just as horrible as the last time we went. My bacon cheddar chicken sandwich didn’t have cheddar or bacon on it !!! Looked like that nasty American cheese slice which was cooked to a crisp, so I really couldn’t tell. Our chicken parmigiana came with overcooked penne pasta and not fettuccine noodle. All of the food was bland and tasteless. Both of the pieces of chicken was rubbery. We’re very much done with this particular location for good!!!

This is what you’re serving your customers! SMH! Per the waitress, Applebees changed their breading which is why the wings were so dark and looked like that. They also tasted very burnt on the outside and just nasty. This was my husband’s wings, mine looked exactly the same.

Ronda was the sweetest host and made us feel so welcome right from the start! Our server, Sam, was equally wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and kind. Everything came out incredibly fast, the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Such a great experience from start to finish!

I wouldn't tell people not to eat here, but my food was average. A decent frozen dinner at home would have been as good. The server forgot part of the order, forgivable, but forgetting 1 persons appetizer on a four top....

Couldn’t tell you how good the is because it took us 30 minutes just to get the appetizer. I paid the bill and took the food to go but didn’t have a chance to eat it since my appetite was disrupted by the extreme wait.

When you enter Applebee's, you know what to expect. This one on North Bel Air is a little awkward to get into, since it shares a parking lot with the local cinema.
I highly recommend the specials so you can get more bang for your buck, like the Big Meal Deal currently being offered -- a basic burger or chicken sandwich with fries and a soda for $10. I do not recommend ordering the skillets to go. They really need to be sizzling to pack a punch, and take-home portions are markedly smaller than courses served tableside. (See photo below; the person who ordered the skillet had to borrow fries from the one who got the chicken sandwich, to make a complete meal.)
Overall, this is a good restaurant with the food I expect from Applebee's and an attentive, friendly staff.

Overall Absolutely Horrible!!! Drinks were made by someone who literally needs to go back to bartending school. Tyler the Assistant Manager needs to learn how to listen to the customers complaints before he makes any assumptions as to why our food and drinks were not to OUR liking! He was very nonchalant and was definitely not empathetic to the situation! And to say he was doing us a favor by taking the drinks that we only take a sip off our tab really Tyler. 2 out of 5 meals had to be sent back and made fresh but everything about this establishment was just wrong! Shame On You Applebee’s
