My wife and I go to applebee's quite often, besides broccoli, sting beans, and spinach dip, they have no vegetables. Well tonight when we ordered our usual spinach dip, they brought us crushed chips as if they were from the bottom of the bag. When I brought to the waiters attention, they brought out fresh whole chips. However, by that time the dip was about gone. What happened to fresh dip?? Perhaps we will start going somewhere else... thanks for your treatment of your loyal regular customers. Upsetting
Arrived at 12:30 on Wednesday. We were told they were short staffed and the kitchen was backed up. Waited 45 minutes for table. Another 45-55 minutes for food. Baby back ribs were tough. Had to use steak knife to separate ribs. Sparce meat on ribs. Could not chew meat. Waitress was not at fault. Meal was $30. We had not been there in years. Will not go back.

We chose this Applebees for the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. It was relatively close to the venue, and our son picked it out. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first but from the first phone call we knew we had made the right choice. The manager Alyssa was beyond amazing in working with us the day before to make sure that the guests had appetizers waiting and rapid beverage service. Our server Chris managed the party of 25 with ease and the kitchen was able to bring out hot entrees for all guests at the same time. They even moved tables so that we could decorate and worked with our decorations to make it an elegant evening. I cannot say enough about the customer service. They even kept the hat I left by accident! The price point was just icing on the cake. The pictures show how we used the space.

The food was okay. We chose the 2 for $25 Appetizer Boneless Wings, Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne, and Fiesta Lime Chicken. My only issue was the boneless wings were fried too long. Our server was really nice didn't seem like a place for people who don't drink alcohol. We will go back for lunch on a slower day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Chris at Applebee’s!
We had such a wonderful dining experience thanks to Chris, our waiter. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. He was attentive without being intrusive, checked in at just the right times, and made sure our drinks and food were always perfect.
Chris went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about our experience. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a personable touch, but Chris nailed it. He turned a simple meal into a memorable evening, and we’ll definitely be asking for him again next time we visit.
Applebee’s is lucky to have him on their team! And the meals he recommended to us and our eldest grandchild were amazing!!

45:00 wait to be seated. Food came out way under cooked. They cooked anew one but had to wait that much longer.

Not impressed. Food was not hot. Ribs reminded me of McDonald's McRib sandwich - couldn't even eat them. Fries were good. Long island tea was not good. Service was okay. Waitress didn't even bring the check, although she did ask us if we needed anything once. Left the food we couldn't eat. It was that bad. Think I will mark this Applebee's off my list. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon. Should have been outstanding.

Food is disgusting, worse than fast food, but costs much more. Came in for happy hour and they've got no good HH specials worth going for (even drinks). Definitely my last time coming here.

When we arrived we were told there was a ten minute wait for a party of five because they didn't have servers. We ended up waiting twenty minutes which should have been my cue to leave. Once we were seated our server took our drink orders and brought them back. We then placed our order. The appetizers were cold on top and the dish was warm underneath which shows it had been sitting on the warmer for a while. Okay, so we let that slide. One person received their food and was finished by the time everyone else's order came out. Two of the four orders were Ike appetizers warm underneath and cold.on top. One of the orders was sent back and it came back out in about ten minutes. I am guessing they stuck it in the microwave because the server asked if I wanted her to warm it up in the microwave. I requested a remake. We had to ask the hostess for silverware and didn't get any napkins the entire time we were there. We had to wave the server down to get anything additional. The food was horrible and so was rhe service and the funny part is the machine that checks you out added a gratuity to the check. It should be up to the customer if they want a tip. I will not visit this location again.

Food wasn't good at all. Grandson had the bacon burger but the bacon was missing, my bourbon Street steak was overcooked. Bad experience, but at least the waitress was nice and attentive

The food was awful and so was the service! I didn't think the waitress Jennifer was suppose to argue with the customer I asked for manager but he was to busy to talk to me.
