We stopped in while out running errands and this location was clean, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. We will be back.

My husband ordered the mac and cheese steak bowl, and it was very disappointing. The mac and cheese was cold—not just lukewarm, but actually had a chill to it. We tried calling the restaurant, but the phone stayed busy every time. On top of that, the young lady at the window was not friendly at all. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Do better. Would not recommend.

I had been seeing the cheese steak sandwich being advertised. It looked delicious on the ad and TV , but I have never had a sandwich from Arby’s that was as awful as this one. Paid $12 for it. No meat or cheese on it The roll was hard as a brick and very little sauce. More sauce than anything., I was highly disappointed. Don’t waste your money on it !
I got a response to go to a website and talk with a representative but the website wouldn’t come up . I’m so disappointed with this restaurant I won’t be going back.

Absolutely rude and HIGHLY disrespectful treatment from employee Tyreana Walker. I advised her I requested light ice and she immediately became combative and highly rude to me. She closed the window in my face and proceeded to ignore as I was asking to speak with the manager. When she realized I wasn’t moving, she finally opened the window back, at which time I requested the manager. GM Chasity came out and was pleasant and apologetic. I advised her I didn’t care about the drink at that point, I was just shocked and felt very disrespected by the treatment Miss Walker thought it okay to give me. I’ve always received good service and fresh food here, but how I was treated today diminished every other instance. Miss Chasity was respectful and acknowledged me, but I will never return here all based on how Miss Walker treated me and the fact that she was extremely unapologetic for her rude and unprofessional behavior.
Ordered a Bourbon BBQ Chicken Sandwich meal and instead recieved a cold roast beef sandwich with nothing on it.

Sat at the speaker forever to order. Watched the lady in front of us drive off after nobody acknowledged her, then we had to drive around to the window to get service because nobody ever acknowledged us.
There wasn’t anyone at the window to take our order either. Two young men then walked in the store (after foot racing each other a few times in the car wash parking lot) and took our order at the window.
They were nice, and got the order out quickly, but the orange cream shake was borderline warm and very melted.
