Arby's is not just for eating anymore! They also provide the materials & supplies to make yourself a new pair of shoes. Super Thick sliced rubber beef (50,000 mile warranty), decent tread pattern, & various plastics are now included in every sandwich!! I was able to make 4 pairs but unfortunately, I probably won't ever be returning to this location.

I ordered on 2/10/24 at 645 I waited for 30 min 3 people came in after me and left while I was still waiting the cashier never sent it back and the cook had his butt showing very unprofessional paints sagging attitudes was fair like they didn't even want to work I will not go

Child please. You know dang well the shake machine works... You just didn't want to get off your phone. How about you get off your phone when a customer enters the place and ask them what you can get for them vs. the customer standing there for 2 minutes waiting on you to stop looking at your phone... Rude. If you can, go to a different Arby's of its not pressing.

This restaurant is not fresh. On a couple of occasions I have gone in with nobody waiting but several sandwiches sitting in the warmer. I guess they do this to try and offer faster service, however, there is no one waiting. Wouldn't it make more sense to make each sandwich fresh as they are ordered being that all there marketing claim's Arby's is the "fresh" alternative to fast food? I asked the last time I went for them to make my sandwich fresh and they gladly did. However, why should I have to ask for a fresh sandwich? I left a bad review even though they did what I asked hoping that management would get the hint and change policies. However, I went in there today and the warming bin had a bunch of sandwiches sitting there again. I'm guessing management does not care about the reviews. I'm not spending 10+ dollars to eat old food. I'll just go home and reheat last nights leftovers.

Have to change review. Still nice staff...but, idk what happened to the food. Fries were hard and Gross(need the potato cake back) I tried that good burger meal didn't have any shakes so had to get soda and that burger was dry and sloppy felt nauseous after just 2 bites. Curly fries were even dry ..it's sad use to like this place

Foos ar Arby's used to be really good. No more potato cakes. Roast beef is just so-so now. Every time u go through drive-thru. You have to pull over. Even when no one is behind you.

This Arby's stole my money!When I arrived at the location after ordering online, I was informed that the shake machine was broken. I understand that things happen, but then I was told they could not provide a substitute or refund. So Arby's took my money and knowingly did not provide the requested item. Is that not one definition of theft? I certainly recommend you do not order online.

The general manager was extremely rude! I had ordered almost $50 worth of food for me and my family and I couldn’t remember if I had made one of the orders a meal or not! So when I got to the window I asked if I made one of the sandwiches a meal! The general manager rudely said you can’t remember what you said from the speaker to here! She then very rudely and with an attitude said this how you should have ordered it, and went on about that! I then asked again if I could make it a meal or not and she then asked what drink and stuff I wanted. I do understand it can be frustrating to have to revise a meal however there is much nicer ways to go about. I was extremely nice and all I needed was a sandwich to be made a meal!
