1 Star and to mark something. That blond short hair girl's service is awful. Takes 10min to serve two 2 scoops sundaes, to then give you not everything you ordered. Got 1 scoops worth of ice cream, and one of them missing the almonds we asked for.

So I went to get ice cream with the family, what a mistake that was. My mother got a prepacked quart of Rainbow Sherbet for $6.99. Myself and my brother wanted cotton candy, which they didn't have in a pre-packed quart. The lady said she'd look in the back to see if they had any, they didn't and she said she would have to fresh pack it. I looked at the sign and it said a fresh packed quart would be a dollar more, $7.99. Fine, if it's to get my preferred flavor a dollar more that's okay. We wait a while, finally get to check out, and it's more expensive at $8.99 a quart. I point out that it differs from their sign, and it should be $7.99. The kid literally shrugs at me and says he doesn't know what to do about it. At this point I just wanted to get the ice cream home before it melted so I paid and we left.
Once we got home however, and opened up the ice cream, I realized that one of them was basically half full, or I should say half empty. See the pictures for reference. $2 extra, for a quart that wasn't even a quart. I'm reasonably upset about this especially considering I worked at an ice cream shop for a year as a teenager myself. It is NOT that hard to pack a quart of ice cream with an actual quart worth of ice cream. So I decide to weigh them! The pre-packed quart was actually full. (21.5oz) The fresh packed "quarts" on the other had about 20% less ice cream (18oz and 17oz) and cost me 25% MORE.
I understand this is probably overkill for getting gypped on some ice cream, but every single experience I have ever had at this location has been god awful. I would honestly encourage anyone who wants either Baskin-Robbins or Dunkin to go to a different location.
As a fault of my own, I actually had placed an online order a few weeks ago for a fresh-packed quart of cotton candy to pick up on my way home from work and placed it at the wrong location- the Baskin Robins location off of I-20 in Augusta. (Still technically on Washington road) I now realize that was probably a good thing, so I actually got my money's worth. As the people there actually know how to pack a quart of ice cream with a quart of ice cream.

A repeated issue with this location is asking for toppings on a drink and they never put them on. So annoying! Get it together!

Today was the second time I went to BR to get a hot fudge sundae and they did not have the machine turned on that keeps the hot fudge melted. Which means that the staff is sorry and lazy because it must be a pain to clean up so they act like something is wrong with it. So i left and went to the one on Washington rd and the same thing! They all suck now and should be closed. Employees don’t care and are freaking lazy as hell!

Ordered on DoorDash, showed that freezes were available which is typically a soda based drink that they use for sherbets. I have always gotten wild and reckless freezes but most recently had to switch to milkshake style since a lot of BR quit carrying sodas. I was very excited! When the driver arrived to pick up she messaged and said “they don’t offer freezes anymore.” My first thought is they need to control their availability on DD. My second thought was ok, no big deal just make it a milkshake. Which is what I’ve done since most no longer carry sodas. To which they told the driver that they won’t make it a milkshake. I was rather frustrated that they wouldn’t just make it milk based, especially since the cost is the same. So I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to fight scooping the harder flavor or are a younger staff and really don’t care but the problem is it becomes a fight for the driver and customer having to deal with DD customer service because you claim you have something you don’t. Anyway the entire point is update your menus so people aren’t having to open complaints with DD simply to fight for a refund for your mistake.

I love how they separate all of the flavors with nuts from those without. It's wonderful for those with allergies!!

Delicious ? ? Cookies & Cream with Oreo MEGASTUF waffle cone ???? I’m in love ?
Ice cream is good, kids really love it but I would say 7 out of 10 times they forget napkins. Is it a deal breaker going back not at all but let's be honest.......why would you not give napkins with ice cream. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 3 is this last visit we ordered 3 cups of ice cream, we were given no napkins and 2 spoons. Lol I'm just sayin come on pay attention. The person at the window that handed it over wasn't the same person that scooped it.....you have one job. Should I have checked the bag....probably.....just spent 14.00 on ice cream I don't feel like I should have to check. Do your job!

2 stars for the nice staff and taste, the scoop size got tremendously small. I’ve seen an old photo of my daughter with one scoop of kids chocolate ice cream and the scoop was higher than the cup top rim and now it’s barely visible and For $4. I’ve got 2 scoops for myself for $8 and so regretted the money spent.. goodbye good old days no more drive through ice cream for me.
Great service and good selection
Waited behind one person inside for 10 minutes while 3 of 4 staff handled drive thru. When the boy finished with the one person in front of us he went on to help the drive thru as well and ignored us like everyone else. Eventually a girl washing dishes helped us and in the meantime about 9 cars came through the drive thru line. Zero greetings, zero be with you shortly, zero sorry for the wait. Prime example of spoiled teenagers who want a job and money but don’t want to work. Definitely lost my business.
Great service and drinks
They did not have several items that was on their website menu. I ordered a banana split but after 15 minutes I went inside to cancel my order. The worker was finished with the banana split. Instead of telling me it was ready and offering it to me, he threw it in the trash. This is what happens when you have children running the place.
