I odered chicken only today because their sides are generally not fresh. Well today, neither was the chicken. It was too crunchy and not edible. That batch should have been thrown out and started over. I won't support this location again. 😵💫😣

The person at the drive thru is always so short and rude. They give the wrong food and act like it's your fault. You never get your experience as a customer because they are trying to push you out of the way.

The employee at the drive through was very curt. She acted like I was keeping her from something. I will not be returning to Bojangles again. We don't eat at any Bojangles often anyhow. There's too many places closer to my home that give much better service.

The food was astonishing. Staff were very nice and we're very helpful with getting out your order. My only complaint is the fries we're too seasoned,felt like I was ingesting sodium but besides the fries everything else was superb. I recommend their sweet tea,as it gives the right amount of sugar to start your day.

Absolutely the worst service ever. They were out of fries and then ran out of mac n cheese. Instead of being apologetic, manager told us that they didn't have time to deal with us. Also they shorted us 3 chicken fingers from the meals. Don't bother wasting your time with their horrible attitudes and unprofessional customer service.
