My husband just waited 45 minutes just to be treated with a horrible attitude, only revived one of our drinks, and when he asked for the drinks he ordered the lady looked at him made 2 other people drinks then walked away after only handing him ONE of our TWO drinks. Everytime we go here it’s horrible service

They have messed up the big fish sandwich! The 1st one was great. Went back for another at drive thru, got home and it was horrible. The fish was not the same, burned on edges and dry. I asked for just lettuce and mayo on it. Did I get that? No. I got fish and bun! The onion rings were just as bad! Will not ever go back!

Came through at 240 took me 15 mins just to order. I said a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup and cheese it said on the receipt and the lady that took my order was hard to hear she was very unprofessional and I dont want her service it was terrible. My cheese burger came with ketchup chese pickles mustard . And my fries had no sauce
Walked in to order the food because the drive through was lined out. So I got a kids meal and a cheese burger. Waited almost 15 minutes and 3 people who came after me got their food. I asked 2 times for my order and the whole time it was sitting there needing to be bagged. The food preps in the back didn’t have much ppe on as far as hair nets or anything. Just a hat. Cool whatever. But super slow service. 2 stars bc my little girl ate the fries and nuggets. But no way woppers and chicken sandwiches are ready before a 4 piece kids meal.
