Went through the drive through at this location today. Ordered a chicken mini meal and a spicy chicken biscuit meal. Realized once I had gotten home that I didn’t even receive my chicken biscuit. Very disappointed. The lady that took my order was also iffy as she had an attitude towards me saying ma’am while ordering.

The food at chik-fil-a has gone down in general, chicken tastes oily, texture is woody, it really has suffered from the corporate changes. Used to be a regular place but now I haven’t gone back in months. Most recently I tired the goto a chicken sandwich and fries, just abysmal.

The people didn't seem to have a positive attitude when I went in the morning. Food was cold and nuggets tasted old. On top of that I found an eyelash on one of the minis. They gave me a spicy biscuit instead of a regular biscuit. Everything was just wrong.

I ordered 4 meals 2 delux grilled chicken sandwich, 1 regular chicken sandwich and kids meals. Chick Fil A is my favorite but not this location. It was too busy on drive through and I did not check my order when I left. I rushed and when I got home realized one of my deluxe meal was missing. Called three times but no one picked up the phone and their answering machine was full of messages not taking any more messages. No one called back either

horrible experience, anything more disgusting than this place? This is crap, filth and grease everywhere, the garbage cans are super full, I went to have breakfast with my son and it is supposed to be early and everything should be clean to start the day, but it seems that they did not clean at night or in the morning, the whole place is disgusting, dirty toilets, dirty tables, bread flour everywhere, the garbage cans bursting, the staff almost asleep still, the place where you order is terrible filth, napkins and everything messy everywhere, the waiters making a bad face, my entire order was thrown in the box and it was all destroyed, a disgusting biscuit all raw and crumbled scrambled with the egg and the other ingredients, the coffee is horrible, they are so tired of time that they do everything in a hurry without caring about the customer, I paid $23 dollars for this garbage, I prefer to do a charity than to continue supporting so that The people in these restaurants are so rude

Updated on 2.10.22. Call me insane tried again, did the curbside and waited 10 minures minutes after my arrival and placed order 10 minutes prior, end up going in to get my order. My order was just sitting there. They apologized, but I couldn't get my time back.
Tried it again this morning. I am quite disappointed, I have been sitting here in the drive thru line at the microphone for exactly 8 minutes and I have already placed my order. I am not sure why there has been a decline in the timeliness of the service, but I hope it's corrected before the brand's reputation is ruined.
All the employees here are always so helpful and courteous. The food is always hot and delicious. Even though it's usually busy when we are here, the lines still move pretty quickly. We love this Chick-fil-A!
