My first visit to a Chik Fil A. Mullins Crossing in Evans GA. They are clean, neat and efficient. The staff is friendly. Good selection of dishes. Unlike many places no charge for extra dipping sauce!! Overall I was very pleased.

Super disappointed in today's visit. I normally don't do chikfila at night and will not do it again. Food was okay, messy floors, trash cans overflowing. I also noticed wear and tear with the tables. Hoping today was a struggle day and Monday will be better. The service was good but very chaotic behind the counter.

On Monday I parked in an adjacent parking lot waiting on Uber eats and Door dash orders. Reclined my seat back and was looking at my phone while waiting on an order. One of their employees pulled up beside me walked around the passenger side of her car looked through my window and freaked out, had a panic attack and called the police thinking I was taking photos of her.
When the cops arrived they found out I was doing absolutely nothing wrong but somehow I'm probably still to blame for this in their minds.
Bottom line is if she has minded her own business none of this would've happened.
Do better Chick-fil-A, I love these restaurants but encounters like this shouldn't happen. I use to pick up orders from this restaurant all the time now I'm afraid to roll on any order originating from this location.

For the second time in a couple of weeks They gave me the order today they didn't give what I ordered or charged I mist have to be checking my order before leaving the restaurant or drive thru Called immediately I got home and left a message but no feedback as of yet
Food was amazing! So was the customer service, the lady who took my order was so friendly and sweet and made my day<3
I have to give it to the employees for having to keep a straight face with the amount of deranged customers there are lol. Their professionalism for having to deal with a woman complaining that her food was âtoo hotâ (maybe because it was fresh??) was outstanding. Obviously the women should have expected hot food and waited for it to cool down- seems like common sense but everyone was way too patient with that woman. Patience is a virtue, that woman may not have it- but the staff sure do!!
Love this place, the hot and fresh food, and professionalism! 5 stars for sure and definitely my go to ChickFilA

Just went by and out of 6 sandwiches 2 of them were correct the others were not. CFA has gone down immensely for the past 2 years ive been let down constantly at every location
