Fire Desire

Forgotten our sauces for two trips in a row (and we paid extra both times???) and got the sauces wrong the second time. Forgot parts of our order the first time we went too. The first time we went, they were horseplaying with the car in front of us for a good five minutes before they let us pull up and get our food. Literally saw the employee REACHING into the car (they were obviously joking but still they ALL saw us behind this car and decided to still play around).

None of the workers even looked like they were doing anything, there had to be at least 5 people at the window just sitting there.

I usually don’t write reviews but this honestly irritates me. If I wanted to deal with teenagers, I’d go to their high school and visit them there. I’m just trying to get my food.

Also, it wasn’t busy either. Which I get that it’s more laid back but if it’s not busy why are you still forgetting things while horseplaying? I wouldn’t be making this review if it was a one time occurrence, but this is ridiculous.

Great food and great service. We ordered on our app before we arrived, scanned the table, and the food was out in like 3 minutes. Someone came and checked if we needed anything twice while we were there.

The food was definitely hot and fresh I got there 8 count chicken nuggets with waffle fries the service was kinda slow there was trash in the playground area and the only reason I went in there was to get my little brother’s shoes overall the food was really good

Visited this place for my last time ever a few days ago. I am a single woman so that was the main issue. If I was a man or had a party size of 4 or more people I would have gotten my food and drinks in less than 3 seconds. I went in around 10:00 am and they were so busy to even notice or care. I ordered my breakfast and drinks, a coke and a water. A few minutes later employee brought the COLD SOGGY FOOD to my table. I asked employee for my drinks. Employee said I will bring them back to your table. So I waited for a good 10 minutes. My mouth was very dry. I wish that employee could feel how dry my mouth stays and suffer my choking issues and maybe employee might be just a little more considerate. So I go up to the counter ask for my beverages and some water. Same employee who brought my food out had no clue who I was and what I needed. Employee asked me if I was placing an order. I said no I need my drinks. Employee has no clue what I was talking about. I told another cashier that I was leaving and I needed a refund for my order. Cashier was way too busy to even know what I was talking about. I tried to call the restaurant but speaking to a live human is no longer an option. I emailed and called Chick-fil-a Corporate but it has been almost 2 weeks now and never got a refund. So basically I wasted almost $11 of money on terrible food and rude terrible service. But I am a single woman so my complaint doesn’t count. If I am ever back in that area again I will be sure to avoid that busy place at all times.

Happy Hello

Yet again my order is wrong. After I had to wait nearly 15 minutes at the window while cars behind me got their food. I ordered a kids meal and 1 sandwich meal. Idk why it's so hard to get a chicken sandwich no pickles and multigrain bun right but it seems impossible for these folks. This is the THIRD time this has happened at this location. Three times too many for a simple order.
