My wife and I were there on 26 June 25 around 1500. Had to wait for table to be cleaned in bar area. Waitress was pleasant enough however we ordered fajitas for two. Steak and chicken. When our arrived 15 minutes later we steal and shrimp. I am allergic to shrimp. Waitress offered to resubmit our order but I did not want to wait any longer. Food tasted like it came out of a can and microwaved No one from management ever apologized for our order mistake.when bill came very surprised the fajitas were 40 dollars and chips and salsa were 7 dollars extra. Last time at this Achilles. Bad over priced food and poor service. Do not recommend this establishment.

Trey was the GOAT, he brought me so many refills and brought a ton of sauces for our table, amazing service for a table of 17 people. Love to see customer service like this and will be leaving a big tip. I come to this chilis at least once a week and I’ll be coming back!

Went there with some friends from out of state. Was a terrible choice. The waiter was really nice, took our order and bantered with us back and forth.
The food...eek. I'm not sure what the chefs were thinking, but that food was the absolute worst. Tasted like it had been in the freezer too long. The dish was the fajita with chicken shrimp and steak. 3 people ordered it, same issue on all of them. Several of the items were still cold. Not freezer lvl but definitely not fresh, and as the rest of it was sizzling... also our 4th had a burger with a patheticly small patty. None of us finished our food.
Atmosphere was pleasant. Bare minimum I expect when eating out is a clean, this place met that requirement. More like a part time dive bar with restraunt attached as an after thought
I normally LOVE chili's, but this location just isn't it. It's not recent either, this has been on going the last couple years. Please do better! I miss a good chili's meal.
