They recommend that you order your entire meal (including dessert) at the same time for a seamless experience, which we did. Unfortunately, the dining experience took longer than we anticipated and we needed to leave for the theater. I asked for the check and to box the desserts to go. Lovely anniversary celebration. Quieter table near the kitchen provided an intimate dinner with Shaq taking care of us. The Somm assisted with the wine selection; the appetizers and salmon with risotto was spot on. The vegan chocolate dessert was a great way to end the meal. A favorite spot for a special occasion or taking the time to treat yourself. I am gluten free and had multiple choices available.
We have been to Cork and Flame many times and the food has always been fantastic. (we will come again) However this was the first time the Lobster Truffle Nage fettuccini was well undercooked. Not al denti - undercooked. But do not let my opinion on this one time meal stop you from going to Cork and Flame. It truly is a gem in Evans to be tried.
