Overall it was great. Our server, (Lilly I think) was awesome. The only reason our review isn't all fives all the way is that we ordered the Bison Ribeye. Perhaps that was our fault for not expecting a tough piece of meat. In that case, you can judge this review accordingly. But we were expecting a ribeye in the traditional sense while what we got was about as far from that as possible. It was hard to chew and almost impossible to swallow. This was our first visit to Cork & Flame, and it will not be our last! We were greeted warmly, and treated with the upmost kindness. Our server, Trevor, was a delight. He was knowledgeable, kind, and available when needed. Our experience was fantastic and we'll definitely be back!
