I went in for christmas shopping. Love all the unique items for stocking stuffers.

If you are going to charge as much as they do for mediocre food you should make sure you don't employ rude waiters and make people wait 90 minutes for their meal. Not impressed hhb

We stoped in for breakfast on Black Friday. The food was good as always. However, the service was the worst. I ordered eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy with coffee. I had to ask multiple times to get a coffee refill. The eggs and bacon was delivered but no biscuits and gravy. I asked for them and I was almost through eating the eggs when the biscuits came. I had to ask two more times before I got the gravy.

Disappointing Experience – Will Not Return

We’ve been loyal customers of this Cracker Barrel for a long time, but our most recent visit was incredibly frustrating. Our food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and even then, we were missing several items that didn’t come until we reminded the staff. To make matters worse, there were no refills offered the entire time, and not even water was provided to those who ordered coffee.

When we addressed the issue with the manager, he made nothing but excuses, stating that our food was coming out shortly. However, it still took an additional 20-30 minutes for the first parts of our order to arrive. On top of that, there was a forced gratuity charge for our party size (9 people), despite the fact that the service was slow and subpar. To make it worse we ordered buscuits and gravy to go and there were no buscuits included!

The restaurant wasn’t even particularly busy, so we’re left wondering how the service could be this bad. We won’t be returning to this location.

Picked up 2 Thanksgiving Feast plus 2 extra casseroles and 2 pies. This was enough food to feed 20+ people and still have leftovers. Well spent money for mostly delicious food. A real crowd-pleaser.

Awesome food, as usual. Attendance to placing order was delayed more than usual, though. It was Thanksgiving Day but was at 5:00pm and there weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant.

Party of 6. The chicken and catfish were inedible due to being cooked in rancid grease. The other meals were good. Our waitress apologized and took the catfish meal off our check. A real shame because this is normally a safe place to get a meal.

Food tastes Awesome! Service was Superb! The Cleanliness of The Restaurant however needs to be improved. This is the 3rd time coming here that I have to ask for the server to sweep, clean off the table/seats, or mop the floor of syrup. It’s becoming a turn off from coming. If the place where customers are sitting is below standard, it just makes you wonder about the kitchen area.

Great service. Great attitudes. Decent prices. Phenomenal Steak and Eggs Hashbrowns w/Bacon.

Probably my new favorite breakfast item.

The food would have been rated as"excellent" had the gravy been hot and tasty. It was neither.

However, everything else ─ meaning the bacon, the coffee, and the eggs ─ was hot and tasty.
