My husband and I had poor service First of all, we had to ask where do we sit this was our first time there. The waitress was not friendly. It took forever to get our food, the waitress did offer my husband a refill on the coffee. The apples were cold, the service was terrible and the manager was not no better. $30.00 for bad service and lukewarm food. Never again

Had I known I’d only get 3 dumplings in my chicken and dumpling dinner, I wouldn’t have ordered! Very disappointed!

Horrible service . And also racist . Brought my food out cold after waiting 45 mins .and when I asked where is my food after the 45 mins they brought it out cold. Also tried asking the kitchen manager how long for my order to be ready and he replied we have a lot of orders and the he will bring it out when ready instead of going back to the kitchen and seeing what’s the problem. So the next person I asked not even 2 mins later, went to check on it for me and brought it right out like it had been sitting. And can’t forget to mention again it was COLD. This is not a place meant for black people obviously and now I see why nobody I know goes here. It’s kinda creepy how they look at you like you’re below them

Vegetarian options: I found that most of the vegetables have no meat such as Pinto beans, bake potatoes, corn and etc.

Ordered, food was bland. The waitress was a little scattered brained. Our appetizer came out as we were getting ready to leave. Unfortunately, this was their second chance, so we won't go back.

I will never give Cracker Barrel my business ever again! On April 12th we pre-ordered $270 of food to cater a leadership conference for April 14th. The confirmation stated the order would be ready for pickup on the 14th at 07:30. I arrived at 07:35 and parked in the curbside pickup. Using the pickup feature in the confirmation email, I pressed "I'm here" and logged the parking space and vehicle description. After 10 minutes, I called the restaurant but received no answer. I entered the restaurant at 07:49 and notified the cashier I was picking up an order and that I had been waiting outside and called. After a few minutes she returned and said that one of the items was not ready and that they would bring it out when it was. I asked her how long that would be so that I could notify my group. She went and came back and said she didn't get an answer, that they didn't know. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me Chris was on the grill and couldn't come out. I insisted I speak with him. I needed to know a time to tell my colleagues so they could work around this delay as our meeting was to start at 08:00. At 8:15 Chris finally appeared with my five bags of food. I explained to him that my order was supposed to be ready at 07:30 for a meeting that was to start at 08:00. He stated that the casserole takes more than an hour to cook, so there was no way it could be ready by 07:30. I asked him why no one contacted us to notify us that the time would need to be delayed so that we could change our arrangements. His response was that they can't prep the food before the day of, to which I responded that they had the order 2 days in advanced and should have assessed the situation to let us know the pickup time would not be what they told us it would be. He told me next time not to order the casserole because everything else is quick and easy to make. An unbelievable response, infuriating, but I kept my cool and accepted my food. No apology, no ownership of wrong, no compensation was offered. The result, I will never do business again with Cracker Barrel anywhere and I will make sure everyone I discuss restaurants with will know I do not endorse this company. Perhaps Chris was short staffed or any number of challenges were happening this morning that were out of his control, but simple things in his control he failed to do and it cost his company a returning customer.

There were only 7 other tables with people when we arrived. After ordering, we were served with drinks, bread, and salad very quickly. However, that's when it all ended. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were informed that food for another table of 6 that had only been seated for 10 minutes had been placed in front of our order. When we received our order, the meats were cold and dry. Mashed potatoes were frigid. We complained to the manager who gave excuse after excuse and started that he would reduce our ticket. He took $6 off of our $100 bill. This isn't the first time that we have been to this particular restaurant and been "forgotten" about, but it will be the last as this was the last straw.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome even though alcohol is served.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible but as with all Cracker Barrels, the store is stiffed full, and it would be hard to navigate a wheel chair inside the store.

We had a tasty meal, and our waiter did an outstanding job. He kept drinks refilled, checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, and his personality was great. The price is good for the amount of food. It seems like several improvements have been made over the past 2 to 3 months. For breakfast and brunch fans, I recommend it!

Server arrived at table with a “iced caramel latte” that was hot and had whipped cream dripping all over the cup because it melted. He then stated “Ive never made one of those before” and walked away. Upon his return I told him that wasn’t what I had ordered and I asked for the drink to be iced not hot… He claimed he had put some ice in there but y must have melted… I then told him I didn’t want the drink but he insisted he’d make me a new one after telling him I’d just drink a coke. Then he brings our meals out… He brought out half of my meal and told us to enjoy…. When he came back to check on us we alerted him that we only received a portion of the breakfast meal, he smirked and ran off to grab it. Once we received the bill we were fairly disgusted that he didn’t remove the “iced latte” that he didn’t know how to make. We didn’t bother to speak to a manager because at this point we just wanted to get the hell out of there and we figured the manager wouldn’t even care. We will never return to this location and will continue to tell others not to. Make sure your employees know the menu and how to make specialty drinks before they get put on the floor. Worst Cracker Barrel experience ever!
