I walked in for 3 dozen doughnuts on an average busy work day morning right in the middle of a drive thru rush. I figured it would take a bit and wasn’t concerned. To my surprise it took all of maybe 4mins from when I parked to when I was looking back at my phone walking out the door! Doughnuts were perfect and the assortment was super cute! They were obviously training someone, probably first shift and the trainer was very descriptive on what she was doing and kind while being definitely trying to speak in as lower volume so everyone didn’t hear. Awesome way to start the morning!!!

Order is never done when I arrive even if I order 30 minutes out, they need to pull all of these stickers up for this location. I understand ever now and again being behind but I've literally walked in with no customers in the building and one car in the drive though and everyone is standing around behind the counter and find my order hasn't even been started. This has happened numerous times at this location and I've been to others and never have this issue

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts establishment for the final time today. There service has always be terrible, but today was the last straw. My wife and I went in and she proceeded to the counter to order a donut and coffee. I went over to the ice cream counter to get a sundae. My wife waited a little while before a girl waited on her. Long after that, I was still waiting in front of the ice cream station. The gentleman, who I believe was the manager on site, saw me. The girls who were assembling the orders saw me, yet there I remained waiting and waiting. I decided to give them another minute before I walked away. Needless to say, I ended up walking away. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again. It’s never hit and miss there for service! It’s always miss!

We haven't been to a Dunkin in years. It was so good. The Smores donut is the best! Their coffee is to die for, too. We will be back for weekend donuts, lol. ?
Waited 12 minutes in the Drive-Thru with one car in front of me and my order was wrong... I watched the car in front of me get the wrong order and had to pass it back into the window.
Even after my order was wrong and I told them the correct ordered they still handed me the wrong items again. Took three times to get the right donuts I was in line for over 17 minutes by the time we were through.

The guy working at the window was the worst. He 100% should find a new job. The customer service I just received was probably one of the worst and made me feel so uncomfortable at 745 in the morning. Got to the window, didn’t speak a SINGLE word to me the entire time I was there. Scanned my app, took my card ( ALSO never even told me my total) after giving me my card back just stared at me. Once i received my drink and donut I said thank you twice and still never spoke a word and continued to stare at me until I drove off. If you hate your job that much find a new one!!! Absolutely the worst. I will not return.

so i'm not even from the area, but the lady at drive thru (no name but my receipt says 169758) was cheerful and friendly that i was inspired to leave a review. my coffee was ok, not the best but i like the portion sizing certainly compared to starbucks. and my jelly donut was edible, not quite as good as it's supposed to be. but kudos to the drive thru lady.
I love their coffee. Great customer service.
