I got two bagels at the drive through and they were very old and rock hard. I always order untoasted bagels and they are super soft and delicious. Avoid this place also the girl at the window was kinda rude. Yep not using this location anymore

Coffee was great but inside was trashed, tables were dirty, my kids wouldn't use the bathroom because of the conditions they were in. No soap no toilet paper, no paper towels. Wouldn't recommend going in here just use the drive through

i would stop here from time to time when i was this direction instead of my usual RW stop, but the girl that was working the window has ruined this place for me. She got an attitude over me wanting to have my cold foam that i PAID an UPCHARGE for, then only gave me a splash, instead of pouring a little coffee out to make room for the cold foam, she overflowed it and gave me this disgusting dripping mess of a cup with coldfoam and coffee all over the side. It was also the worst made coffee i have ever had at Dunkin. I am still just flabbergasted by this experience. Ill just stick to Riverwood and stay away from this location.

This is the closest Dunkin to our home, so by default, where I’ve going for years. I’ve noticed over the last several months the quality of the food has drastically gone down. Croissants are always discolored and burnt. Bagel bites are either hard as a rock or cold and not cooked. Iced coffee is hit or miss at times too, with coffee tasting too bitter. I’ve talked with the employees about it in drive through to give a heads up, because it’s not like that at either Dunkin’s around (Riverwood and Grovetown). Unfortunately, I have stopped going to Dunkin.

I have been a regular here for almost a year. These past few times have been terrible. The sausage on my sandwich was dry like a slim jim, inedible. I ordered an iced coffee that tasted like mud water. Undrinkable. And they've been getting my coffee wrong a lot lately. It was never like this before, what changes happened that made the quality go down so much? They all need re-trained. The food and service were impressively good for many months, but not anymore.

I ordered an order for pick up and the iced Matcha wasn't even blended up all the way this specific location is so unorganized somebody should really check them because yeah, that shit is ridiculous. Not gonna lie.

The staff at this location are not qualified to fog a hand mirror much less serve food and beverage to the public. I get the exact same thing every time I go to Dunkin and I always order on the mobile app so there is no excuse for it to be wrong.
This location gets my order wrong every single time. The coffees they make usually taste awful and burnt, and the breads for their sandwiches are always stale. They can't even read plain english...
