I have been a regular here for almost a year. These past few times have been terrible. The sausage on my sandwich was dry like a slim jim, inedible. I ordered an iced coffee that tasted like mud water. Undrinkable. And they've been getting my coffee wrong a lot lately. It was never like this before, what changes happened that made the quality go down so much? They all need re-trained. The food and service were impressively good for many months, but not anymore.

I ordered an order for pick up and the iced Matcha wasn't even blended up all the way this specific location is so unorganized somebody should really check them because yeah, that shit is ridiculous. Not gonna lie.

The staff at this location are not qualified to fog a hand mirror much less serve food and beverage to the public. I get the exact same thing every time I go to Dunkin and I always order on the mobile app so there is no excuse for it to be wrong.
This location gets my order wrong every single time. The coffees they make usually taste awful and burnt, and the breads for their sandwiches are always stale. They can't even read plain english...
This location does not listen to customer orders, even when it isn't busy. My order is always the same breakfast sandwich. The first time this happened, I was given an untoasted croissant with a cold, unmelted slice of cheese and a single, broken up single piece of bacon that was so over cooked it was turning to powder. This happened again a second time today (12/21/24 - 7:30am). There was no one inside and only one car ahead of me. It was just laziness. Will not be ordering the sandwich again at this location. I've also asked in the past for a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese. Again, it wasn't toasted and the location wasn't busy. Drinks/donut orders are correct though.

I walked in for 3 dozen doughnuts on an average busy work day morning right in the middle of a drive thru rush. I figured it would take a bit and wasn’t concerned. To my surprise it took all of maybe 4mins from when I parked to when I was looking back at my phone walking out the door! Doughnuts were perfect and the assortment was super cute! They were obviously training someone, probably first shift and the trainer was very descriptive on what she was doing and kind while being definitely trying to speak in as lower volume so everyone didn’t hear. Awesome way to start the morning!!!
