The lady doing the food prep needs to wear a hair net. She also needs to take her gloves off when not handling food. I found a hair in my wakeup wrap. This is very disappointing, I loved going there quite frequent. I went inside the other morning to grab a coffee and realized why there would be hair in the food. No more Dunkin for breakfast. :(

Sunday crew at Dunkin’ sucks - So over it!!! They get my order wrong EVERY Sunday!!!Dude, Bought strawberry frosted/sprinkled donuts this morning… Literally looks as though somebody licked off all of the frosting and most of the sprinkles… Was told that this is how they all look today!! Maybe you guys should consider remaking them, because this is not getting what you paid for!! I wish I was able to put a picture on here, because this is so ridiculous!Problems with the Sunday crew still haven’t changed… tried to call but the phone goes straight to voicemail and its full…Drive off and take a bite out of my ice cold - just came out of the fridge - empanada. Are you freaking kidding me? Y’all had me pull ahead and wait like 10 minutes for something that’s not even WARM TO THE TOUCH and ice cold in the middle?? ?

I have been to this location twice since the renovation. Both times, I went inside. The first time, I couldn't get anyone to take my order (3 people were visable and none of them were doing anything but talking), so I just left. This past weekend, I went in and used the new ordering system. I simply ordered 2 donuts and orange juice. After about 10 minutes, a lady comes out and tells me they don't have one of the kinds on donuts that I ordered. So, I said I would just take two of the other. She looks and yells out that they don't have that one either. I opted for another kind, that I really didn't want, but she threw the bag down and went to the back. I just grabbed my orange juice and left. I will not be back to this location again. Best of luck to those who enter the store.

Went in to get an ice cream cone.There were several employees and the drive thru window holding a conversation. There was another employee making a couple of drinks.There was an employees mopping the floor. I had to wait on the employee to finish mopping before she could get me an ice cream. All the other employees and none of them come get me an ice cream.Waste of payroll money!!!!

This is the best Dunkin in town. Coffee and food is always fresh. The service is fast. I usually stop here during the week at morning time but I decided to stop by on a Sunday and Joey is such a sweetheart. As busy as he was, he still provided great customer service.
I stop by DD in Evans almost every morning or afternoon. The morning shift workers get 5 stars. They are quick and ready to serve their customers and this seems to be tge busiest time of their day. The afternoon shift is not busy, not quick to answer the drive-thru, and veryyyyyyy slow. I just felt that I needed to put it out there so that maybe some changes will take place with the pm shift ... maybe some extra supervision or training.
When I noticed these black specks in my coffee yesterday, I assumed they were coffee grounds. When I noticed these black specks all over my food today, I decided not to return to this location for the second time. Prior to the renovation there were issues with Sanitation and clearly those issues have not been resolved.

I ordered a nitro cold brew coffee and donuts this morning. I received an iced coffee (half full) with a little bit of foam on top instead of a nitro. Now I'm not sure if the people working there even know what a nitro cold brew is even though they sell it. Highly disappointed in the effort and ability of the employees. Unfortunately there are not alot of Donut shops here. ...
Drove to this location since the one in Furrys Ferry Rd has a "broken" frozen coffee machine and don't even bother trying to call, apparently they are have so many customers that tie up the phone line! IF YOU ARE ONLY SERVING DRIVE THRU THEN PUT A SIGN UP INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE WASTE THEIR

Y’all gave me avocado toast with raw bacon on it today. It was barely cooked. If you won’t eat it, don’t serve it please. I would’ve came back had I not already been down the road. On top of it, I sat there for 5 minutes waiting on the food regardless.

Donuts are dry and taste like cardboard, the French Vanilla Latte tastes like nothing but milk , I asked for a medium with light ice and instead of adding more espresso & creamer to even out the taste the lady just filled my cup up with more milk, the milk over powered the coffee taste….I could have had a glass of milk at home if I wanted JUST MILK?

So got donuts here today around 3pm, iam a 100% convinced that those were old!!!! I actually spat mine out!!! I never had bad donuts before around that time at a different dunkin so. I will absolutley report this. The Glaze was all old, kind of when you have left over donuts and the next day are so so......well those were worse then that.Shame on you dunkin.....hope you get written up
