Worst donuts I've had in years. They tasted like they were made with cardboard. They're close to my house but I'll be driving somewhere else for donuts.

Horrible restaurant! Always out of donuts by 10 am and found hair and a bug baked in my donut! Took it back they said it didn't come from us! It was baked in the food!!!!! Liars!

Employees have no regard for their products. Chocolate donuts stacked upon each other. Icing melted all over. On the napkins on the straws. They could care less. Looking at you like you’re the problem. Poor presentation and complete apathy towards their product.

Asked to taste the tea before ordering, I have had many sour teas from this location. Upon trying it, it was indeed sour, almost rancid. I told the employee and they said they were only allowed to remake the tea if they ran out. I said, even if it’s bad, sour and a customer complains? They said yes, per management due to the cost they are only allowed to make it if they run out. If I want fresh tea they suggest coming in the early morning. Well, this did it for me, you knowingly serve tea that is bad, even after multiple customers have complained. Now this makes me question the freshness of the donuts. They seem to always be hard, makes me wonder if management is serving leftover donuts the next day due to cost - this would align with the plan they have set for the tea. No longer a patron at this location regardless of its convenience.

Heather has a disgusting attitude. When you work in customer service, the last thing you do is take your frustration out on customers. As soon as she came to the window she was angry and obnoxious, never once did she greet or acknowledge me until she made weird hand signals of confusion when it was time to pay with Apple Pay. She then told me I had to move up to wait for my food. *there was no car behind me* - I asked if I could at least have my coffee before I move up and she said she would not give me any drink/ food until I move up. She was a horrible encounter to have especially when no caffeine is in my system. the other employee brought the food out and she was defending her coworker even though she blatantly stated “she didn’t know what happened during the transaction”. Whew. If you want drama and no tea, hit this Dunkin up. If not, any of the other Dunkin’s in the area will leave you much happier with better service and food. Also the food that was brought out was cold. I won’t be eating it and I hope the manager realizes how this staff behaves under the watch of team lead heather. Horrible, sad people. Never visiting this location again.

I came here around 630pm, ordered a frozen coffee and sweet tea. Upon driving out of the parking lot down the road I went to take a sip of my Frozen Coffee with French Vanilla I had ordered and it taste of a vinegar almost buttermilk taste. Upon smelling it it smelled foul and pungent, I deemed it to be bad cream after smelling and tasting it. Just as I was doing that my son complained of his sweet tea tasting sour. I take a tad little sip of it and yes, it was indeed sour. I did the smell and it smelled like fish or kombucha. I called the location and told them that their tea was sour and whoever answered the phone said really?.. in a sarcastic tone. Let me taste it and see. He began to taste the tea and said yeah… it’s bad do you want a refund or another drink? I said no. You know if 2 drinks are bad I do not want another drink. I’m not sure if they’re having issues with the cooling systems that they refrigerate them in or what. But that’s gonna be a real big health issue if it doesn’t get solved soon. 0 stars if I could I will never give this Dunkin’ my business again.

3 times I've been in the past 2 months & the hasbrowns were BURNED, black charred pieces, nasty. I asked for non burned this morning & although I questioned them when getting my order they promised they weren't ....they may not have had black char but they were hard/chewy, all dried up heated to death gross! I won't be back to the Evans/Riverwood location.

I have been coming to this store since they opened up and I have to say, I have witnessed the customer service level declined drastically, even though it hasn’t been open for that long.The drive through service is horrible in a sense of whoever on the other end do not want to be there and it does reflect on the service or doughnuts you ordered.I am a northeastern and DD is tradition for my and my family, but I am sensing that is not the case around here, and to be honest it doesn’t feel like it deserves my business to go back to.Those pictures you see, are from a order that i made which they thought it would be a smart idea to shove 8 doughnuts in a bag, and on top of each other to the point when I got home , the kids asked me which one is what. The glazed has the same amount of chocolate on it as the frosted ones, because they were just shoved together.

Very pretty store on the inside. The coffee always tastes watered down. Today I got half a dozen donuts. They gave me a chocolate frosted instead of a chocolate glazed. After my kids hands were already in the box taking their donuts I went in and let them know that one was not right. They took the wrong one and put it back on the shelf to give to someone else and then brought me the right donut. I am just so grossed out that I left the store with food, brought it back, and now you may have eaten that donut today ?

Got our order wrong and I told the girl at the window to hold on while I got my Dunkin app working so she could scan it and she did not wait. She was very rude and ruined my whole day… thanks a lot.
