No dozen doughnut boxes so my order had to be broken up into small boxes. This was not a personal order, it was my 3rd order to gift my pt therapy office and it was embarrassing! I will go elsewhere the next time. I tried to do the survey on my receipt but the address is different and wouldn’t accept 5120 Washington Road, Evans GA. Very dissatisfied with your product selections.

Severely understaffed and undertrained. Took nearly 45 minutes to get food that was terrible for how much it cost. One staff person simply kept forgetting to make things and was entirely useless. The poor guy leading the shift was doing everything himself. Get these staff some help! Don't waste your time coming here.

Amazing location, one complaint I do have is I go inside frequently and sit down and study, but it has been extremely hot the past couple times I’ve gone and not an enjoyable experience.

Listen I don’t know if it’s just magic from Sabrina herself in that Strawberry Daydream refresher, but I’m like 99% convinced that the lovely person in glasses working the front today was some type of sorcerer or magician because that was the most delicious drink I’ve ever tasted in my life. I don’t even know if I’m ever gonna be able to order another drink because I just don’t see how it could top that one. Some true artist is working behind that counter. You’re onto great things my guy

Most flavors of their donuts were sold out when I visited in the afternoon yesterday. The guy from the drive-thru sounded nice but he needs to improve his communication skill when taking orders... he took longer time to take my order and a lady had to switch the spot to complete taking my order.

The employees are nice enough, but customer service is lacking. The drinks are highly inconsistent, and my most recent visit was a rip off, as the large had a medium's worth of coffee in it.
Service is always a bit slower than other locations, but the staff is always friendly and professional

They don't know how to heat the wraps up properly... It's always cold. The last time I went I asked them to heat the wrap up longer and it was still cold in spots. I don't have this problem at the peach orchard location. They are the best!
