Got hair strings in my food not just one but a few. It is unacceptable and disgusting. I hope you all have better hygiene when preparing food to your customers.

I am so glad the dine in is open again in this locale. It has new owners and the food still AWESOME ???. Atmosphere of a small restaurant that you can RELAX. They can better the service, even though was very cordial, it did not go the extra step to go with the excellent food and great environment. I will be back again soon.

If I could give zero stars I would! This new restaurant is awful, I ordered the orange chicken lunch special and it tasted nothing like orange chicken. No orange flavor, just sauce. The rice was full of soy sauce and the eggroll had no flavor at all. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not go back to waist my time or money. (NEW BUSINESS WITH NEW OWNERS.)?Eggroll Express is gone! For more than 25 years it was my go to for Chinese food. I'm sadden but I understand the importance of change.

I can't speak on the authenticity of Chinese food since I've never been to China but as far as a comparison of American Chinese food restaurants this one is at the bottom of my experiences. Service was fast and the staff is friendly. But it's not Egg Roll Express as others have stated. I'm not sure if the owners are new or if it's a rebranding but the food was very greasy and just wasn't as appealing as ERE. They don't serve a chicken wing with the combo either. Now I have to find another Chinese restaurant.

I really wanted Asian Town to have the same food as Egg Roll Express. Sadly, it's not good at all. ERE had the best egg rolls ever and the current ones are gross! I ordered general tso chicken and each nugget of "meat" was a very very small piece of chicken with about 5 times or more as much breading. Super disappointed. Ordered from here about a week ago thinking it was still Eggroll Express. We ordered a large hot & sour soup--we received a small egg drop soup, the sweet and sour chicken melted through the bottom of the Styrofoam container and fell into the bottom of the bag (in the end that was the best place for it because it was not good), the lomein and the fried rice were both inedible. The crab rangoon bordered mediocre--at best. We spent over 60 dollars. I called and spoke with the manager and stated my concerns, and that's when I found out it was a completely new business with new owners. They did offer to give me a free soup, which I have no intention of returning to this establishment. I would definitely not recommend taking your business here, your money is best spent somewhere else.

Not sure how this place has over 4 stars. I'd give it negative if possible. Also funny to see 5 star reviews with no comments.....can you say "posted by the owner or friends of the restaurant?" I'll never eat at this place again. Worst $80+ I've ever spent on food. I actually considered asking for my money back, but I just cut my losses and left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and if you don't, then don't say you weren't warned.

Definitely would NOT recommend. The beef w/ broccoli was nasty. My co-workers got what looked and tasted like mystery meat. The online prices and fees were absolutely ridiculous. Given their name, I was hoping they would have a variety of eggrolls but... nope.

Finally, authentic Chinese food in Augusta!!! Spicy sichuan fish is sooooo good. We just had lunch and am now so happy today. Go and eat here… you’ll be so happy you did!!!

Awful! Ordered from here expecting it to be similar to EggRollExpress, but it was not nearly as good and so expensive. Food all tasted like it was coated in oil, meat was very fatty, lo mein and sesame chicken were not good. Fries rice was awful. And the chicken on a stick was so greasy it had fallen through the bag it came in. Soup even tasted greasy. All very subpar and no descriptions on ordering site. Save your money! For what this cost we could have went to PFChangs.
Under new management this place is fantastic! The food is fast, hot and delish! Service was great as well!Highly recommend!!

First time trying this place and ordered through Uber Eats. While it was pricey the portions were huge. The food and egg rolls were pretty good.

If it’s your last option for Chinese I’d say your ok but I wouldn’t make it my first pick. The restaurant is very clean and the food looks good in the box and is presentable but the flavor just was not there for me. The teriyaki chicken came sliced with onions and carrots and they took up the majority of the meal.
