If Anthony Bourdain and a Japanese jazz club had a love child, it would be Fukuro Bar & Sushi. Kameron, the bartender, isn’t just mixing cocktails—she’s narrating a Netflix-level saga while doing it. Every pour had a plot twist. Kuno was the complimentary sidekick, like the comic relief in a sushi-themed buddy movie. Together, they could easily host Drunk History: Tokyo Edition. The sushi? INSANE. The “Turo” had me questioning my life choices up to this point. I ordered multiple turo samplers because moderation clearly isn’t part of the vibe here. Every bite was like a mic drop from the ocean. The cocktails and sushi were in such perfect harmony, I’m pretty sure they eloped after I left. 10/10 — would sell my dignity for another night at Fukuro. 🍣🍸

Absolutely delicious food. Some of the best sushi I have ever had in my life. The sushi platter was like an omakase, and the short ribs were so tender. Fukuro was a truly wonderful experience. It is pricy, but you get what you pay for. They’re one of the few Resy restaurants in the Augusta area, so it’s a great place to go for your quarterly platinum card credits. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious sushi.

We loved the atmosphere; we felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in. The menu is just a one sheet with the description and Items. I wish they could use pictures of some of the dishes for those who attend for the first time.
The service was great, and the food was fresh, delicious, and presentable. They offered Saké, and I decided to give it a try. They used a Decanter Flask to serve the Saké and keep it cold, which was very unique and interesting. Food: Very good flavor all around, and I highly recommend the Sea Bass plate.

Fukuro was outstanding. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything from the ambiance, quality of food and service was top notch. Fukuro is unassuming until you walk inside and you immediately feel like you’re about to have a luxurious experience. Antonio was our server for the evening and he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant which made our experience even better. We tried items from every section on the menu and nothing disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

I went with friends to celebrate. The food was delicious. I was skeptical about the matcha tiramisu, but it just worked. It wasn't too earthy or too sweet. My cocktail (pink one in image) is the best I've had in the area. Our server, Emmanuel, was absolutely excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He was one of the best servers I've had, and any restaurant would be lucky to have him. This restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food really is a step above the other options in the area.
