Let's see I had drive thru I had to pull up and wait 25 minutes after placing my order, I was the only car here to start with, so it from take to delivering it to my car, was already pissed about the cost of the order then it was over cooked (chicken tenders $19.97) never again you lost this consumer

I'm at a location on Washington Rd in Evans, GA. I'm watching one person who is Ms.LaQuetta handling front & window orders with a line. She's making it work with the staff she dont have. She deserves recognition for her service to the customers.

I wanted to specifically commend Leslie. She offered prompt, courteous, accurate service with a smile. I shared with her that I just had a negative experience at a fast-food competor where I had just left. At the competitor, I waited approximately 30min before any employee ever spoke to me. (They had an automated order kiosk when you first walk in.) After waiting on my order for almost half an hour, I went up to the counter to check on it only to discover that they hadn't even begun to start cooking it. I asked for a refund and left. I went this Hardee's and the experience was polar opposite! I was greeted by Leslie immediately upon entry with a warm welcome and smile. I witnessed Leslie continue to work continuously during my visit to take care of various tasks. Again, it was the complete opposite of the negative experience I had just had elsewhere. Thank you, Leslie! Keep up the great work.

I sit here in the parking lot eating my gravy&biscuit . Wanted to give the store a great review that they deserve. The lady at the drive thru as well as the food were great ,even tho I had to pull and wait due to my Bo berry biscuits my Bo berry biscuit wasn’t quite done, but it was worth the wait everything. I hope the manager sees this and gives props to the employees that help me.

I gave y'all a five-star rating over a year ago, but wanted to come back and sing your praises again. Was greeted by Tamia in the Drive-Thru, what a joy. She was so sweet and just made my day with her genuine kindness. Food was still super yummy for a great price. Always appreciate it. I came in for lunch today but my favorite will always be the biscuits and gravy - yum! Keep up the great work!
