I recently visited the restaurant and my driver side rear door was dented and scratched badly. Contacted the store to request a video and nothing was provided. The video did not capture anything. I suggest if you dine here take an old vehicle or park in the back by the dumpster because if anything happens IHOP will not be of any assistance. Good for them and bad for the customers. I will refrain from dining here further. Not safe for your vehicle or you.

They was short on staff & wasn't offered a booster seat had to get it on my own & My French Vanilla coffee was nasty had cinnamon in it.. My Son eggnog pancake was small & only was given 2 when it should have been 3. My hash browns was greasy & hard.. The waiter knocked my son drink over by accident & Clean some of it up & just said we'll cleaned the rest up w/a cloth from another table.. Took the waiter forever to come check to see if we need refills on our drinks.. I never ask to correct anything due to the slow service. My family & I will never eat at this one again!!!

Food and service were great overall. I ordered the all-meat omelette and it was fresh, fast, and delicious. The place was clean, and everything tasted fresh.
The only small issue was that I had to ask twice for a to-go box, and our drinks weren’t refilled during the meal. I did receive drinks to go, which made up for it a bit. That’s the only reason I gave four stars for service.
The food had an Excellent taste and the menu available had great choices. The cleanliness was excellent! OUTSTANDING!

Food is always hot and fresh here and prices are reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of being served by Star today and she was so sweet and amazing. The service there thus far from everyone and the food has been 5 stars. Will definitely be back for my breakfast cravings. And if you like omelettes like I do, their spinach and mushroom is delicious!

Reviews truly are telling, I see why this location currently has a 3.7…. Not once did our server offer to refill our waters, I asked for a few minutes to decide on what I wanted she kept coming back so quickly, I felt rushed and just ordered whatever. Upon getting my food there was hair in it, she wasn’t apologetic or polite about it at all. The food is just ok and the service was unpleasant. I definitely prefer the North Augusta location.
