Truly exquisite dining experience and culinary delight. What a great gift to have in Augusta GA. Highly recommend for special occasions.

10 year Evans residents. First time attending this event and it was very enjoyable. Arrived at 6, left at 9 ... perfect! I thought the staff was terrific and the food/parings wonderful. Will go again; enough said.

Many thanks to all for another outstanding experience at the Joaquin Wine Tasting dinner. Cork and Flame has consistently elevated the bar for an evening out. The food, wine, cocktails, service, and ambiance never fail to delight us. Kudos to all!

I really enjoyed the hot towels as a first timer, our server was super amazing. And the food was really good! But the deconstructed Apple Pie was to die for! Thank you for making my first time and Birthday here an amazing experience.

Second time eating there and each time the food was AMAZING! Foods I normally wouldn't eat, or don't like, I ate it based on how it was cooked and prepared! My wife and I love how the waiters explain the dish before or after it arrives, and give their recommendations without the pressure of actually ordering it. Very informative and excited when they share what's on the menu! Everything is so well made and DELICIOUS, you'd figure the price would be more, yet still worth it!! As long as I reside in Ga (military) we will continue to eat here!

I have experienced exceptional service when dining at the Cork & Flame. My last experience was a date night with hubby on 21 Sep at 5pm and our experience was not as pleasant. We were seated at a high top table next to the entrance door directly across from the register. The atmosphere was nice and calm and we were enjoying our time together. Our waiter's name was James. I noticed that we were not afforded the opportunity to receive the pallet cleaners. I noticed the table next to us was offered pallet cleaners and the table in front of us was served pallet cleansers, so I asked James about it. We were informed that the service was given for those dining in the inner dining room and not in the social area. He then brought out pallet cleansers to our table. As he had already done for the table in front of us (in the social area). The table next to us was also offered pallet cleaners for their table by another waiter. I had also ordered tea but was told he would check to see if any tea was in stock but never got any feedback and no tea was brought out. We truly enjoyed the brussel sprouts and ordered two extra to take with us. Once our ticket arrived we noticed the brussel sprouts was not included. We asked James to add it to our ticket but unfortunately it took 45 minutes for our order to arrive. We were finished with our meal and waited 45 minutes extra. I asked James about it and he said he spoke to management and it was not ready yet. We finally got our order but by then, we left very frustrated. I feel that we were discriminated against or not treated equally as the other guests. I recommend that in the social area that either everyone or no one should be served the pallet cleaners so that this will not be a big deal in the future. It's not about the pallet cleaners but that guest be treated equally. I hope this review will change how people are viewed, and treated as a learning experience to make a difference in our community.

This restaurant was a delightful experience. The ambience was pleasant without being stuffy. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. I was expecting a more expensive dinner, so I was very pleased with the price. I recommend the restaurant to anyone hoping for a very nice evening at a fine dining establishment.

Went for a birthday celebration was greeted properly and the birthday acknowledge and our party was given a glass of champagne while we waited to be seated. Once seated the service level was gone. Sat for over 10 minutes waiting for the server. Had to ask for water twice and bread twice. Appetizers were not served together to each party. Entrees were over cooked. Had been to this restaurant on several occasions but was disappointed on this visit.

After reading the raving reviews online, my expectations for Inicio were high, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.

The menu, set by the chef, seemed promising, but the reality did not live up to the hype. Our service was just okay. While others have mentioned receiving detailed explanations about the decorations, the origins of the dishes, and more, our experience was much more basic. Our dishes were introduced, but that was the extent of the interaction.

We were looking forward to a truly immersive experience, but the setting was just okay, lacking the wow factor we had anticipated.

One of the most disappointing aspects was the value. Our meal, including drinks, totaled over $500, yet there wasn’t a single dish that I would look forward to eating again.

Based on the glowing reviews, I expected much more from the experience

My wife and I went for our anniversary for the first time. It was an amazing experience! They provided us with the sparkling champagne upon arrival. Our waitress Ashley was amazing and very patient with us even though we had a million questions. Even though another table took up a lot of her time the other wait staff still helped us out and they were very eager to do so. It was awesome getting a palette cleanser with warm hand towels. We spoiled ourselves with two starters, two entrees, and two desserts. Everything we ate had an amazing flavor. We will definitely be going back for the great service/experience.

The food was wonderful, one dinner companion was able to change out potatoes for asparagus. However, the waiter asked if we would like bread service. We answered yes and were served two bread services for four people. We also needed one more butter which was requested. When we received our bill, we had been charged for two bread services and the extra butter. ? While the charges were nominal when considering we had $400 bill for 4 people, we felt we were being nickeled and dimed by petty charges. In addition, on top of this, we were assessed a fee for use of a credit card- 1. Something we were not told in advance AND 2. Not too many people carry that kind of cash to a high-end restaurant. A great meal that ended poorly by these charges without a heads up in advance.

Always absolutely fabulous for date night. Prices seem to have went up slightly since we were last there in December (yay inflation), but every bite is worth the cost and calories. We'll be back ♥️

Great place. I'm a global traveler and despite being in a strip mall, C&F has great staff, nice decor, good wine, and for Augusta fills a niche that, sadly, requires many more unique and quality establishments to fill.

Attended a wine dinner with food pairing. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the chef worked to ensure dietary restrictions were addressed without sacrificing quality or taste. First timer at C&F and will definitely be a return customer.

Service was excellent; atmosphere, noisy but pleasant. Food was nicely presented but primary game meat choices appeared to be somewhat overcooked. Also, it would have been nice to have bread with the main course. Presenting the snails (which tasted terrific) in a more traditional way could be more sympathetic. Wine was excellent, desserts were lovely. Wait staff and wine assistance was a major plus.
