Let's be clear: it should be called, "It's just Chili's", cuz that's what it is. I thought it was a new dedicated wing place, but it's Chili's pickup with only wings on the menu, so lower your expectations. That said, even with food expectations lowered they still left out an extra sauce I paid for, the sauce I got was half full, and the drink was flat. 2 stars for wings being ok and the lady who gave me my food being nice.

Have ordered from here a few times, the fries are good - a bit salty for me but I still eat a few. The wings are really good, as long as they aren’t too big, the bigger the wing the less done they tend to be & I’m not wanting to get sick, but that’s rarely the case. Could happen anywhere. 6/10

I ordered 2 box of wings with 2 different flavors never in my life I would expect my food to have barely any sauce it seemed like chicken tenders you get off at Walmart and the fries were soggy no wonder they are free. It’s terrible honestly should be shut down because I recently saw this disgusting thing on my Apple bbq wing and it seems like booger or something. I ordered from DoorDash and God knows what they do in the kitchen when they make your food. Please be aware and look at reviews before making a purchase. Because I made the mistake from ordering here as a first time user for DoorDash. I’m soon going to think about calling the HD or the food inspector to do a quick search on what they do. I also just released it came from a chili’s restaurant.

Ordered 4 burger sliders. Burnt little patties with a smidgen of cheese. Fries were good. Not appetizing. Hamburger patties were half the size of the bun. Someone else paid the bill. Time was limited so couldn't have got anything on time. This isn't the first time food awful, but didn't have a choice whete we ate. Next time just will not eat.

We visited on a Saturday night. We arrived shortly after 6 and was told they just needed to clear a table for the seven of us. There was a group of 8 that arrived after us who had a reservation, and they were sat right before us at on open table. The bartender came up to help the hostess since multiple groups were waiting to be seated. He took us to our table, made sure we knew how to access the digital menu and told us the drink specials. It took a while for our waiter to come take our drink orders (after 6:30). We got our drinks and ordered chips and queso as an appetizer. While the waiter was taking our order, my 7-year-old spilt some of her chocolate milk. The lid wasn't on all the way, and she was trying to use her straw to mix it. We used all our napkins to clean up the mess, so we asked for more napkins to use with our food. It took a while before we were brought some paper towels (like the kind kept in the restroom). It was taking a long time for our food, and we joked that he must have forgot to put our order in. The waiter came around and said he wasn't for sure what was taking so long but would check on it. The two kids meals came at 7:35 (we were at the restaurant by 6:10). We then had our two oldest kids’ food, half of my husbands, and the toppings of mine brought out 7 minutes later. My fajita was brought out about 5 minutes after that. My mom's food was brought out 17 minutes after the kids' meals by the manager. I asked her if she knew when our order was placed, and we wondered if he had forgot to put it in. The manager came back and said he had just told her that he had put it in 'a little late'. She said our order had been in 70+ minutes and that it was unacceptable. We were offered one free dessert for the 7 of us. There was no apology. I understand mistakes happen but at least be honest about it. The table of 8 next to us had their food, eaten, and left prior to any of our food showing up. Three other tables had been seated after we had been there, had their food and left before us. The waiter never returned to our table after the manager brought the last meal out. No one checked on the quality of our food or if we needed refills. I had to walk to the back to find the waiter and ask for boxes. While waiting back there, I had 2-3 other servers who asked if they could help and were polite. We were hoping for a quick and easy dinner (hence picking Chili's) to celebrate my husband's birthday, but we should have picked somewhere else. Their special margarita was good, the food was okay, and the service was subpar. I hope our waiter was just having an off night because they weren’t busy.

I hate to give a bad review, but it was not good. Ordered today via Door Dash. The wings were soft & undercooked. I had to put them in the oven in an attempt to make them edible. Be careful ordering here. I wasted over $50, & no one would eat them. Very disappointed.

Ordered on door dash came quick and tasted better than the more expensive wingstop! Ordered the 22 piece for the family and got exactly what we expected, good food and great price!!! Best part is the ranch is the good ranch!!!!!
