Came thru drive thru, ordered chicken pot pie meal. Did not get the dessert apple something, nothing in bag, no silverware, no napkins, I can live without the dessert believe me, but the fork, what a pain, I have nothing to eat my food with. Service is horrible.

I went through the drive through. Quick efficient and my food was hot.
Horrible Service! I ordered “Chicken and Waffles” and got only a Waffle and Syrup. Absolutely no chicken. I had to drive back to the store and not one person said sorry. They gave me my refund and kept it moving (all in a salty way) That’s horrible that they didn’t give me the food I paid for and didn’t even APOLOGIZE! Wow! That’s real professional! Also, don’t try calling this establishment to speak with a manager, they have their phone off the hook.

I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of the $10 Tuesday sale, and when I arrived at 6p they were out of chicken. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes for some more chicken to be prepared. On a positive note, the workers there were as friendly as they could be, but you could tell they were stressed.

I went today and unfortunately I was Missing half my order. I admit I should of checked my bag but I didn't. Chicken was under seasoned. Such a disappointment.
