Made pick up oder. Picked up and drove 45 mins away without checking order (my fault) and had no chicken whatsoever. When called took 9 tries to get someone on the phone and got attitude about missing chicken. They did remake it but very disappointing to act like it's my fault they left it.

I ordered through the drive through and was rudely spoken to by a woman who was training the cashier at the window. I wanted to make sure the correct sauces were put in my bag. I asked for 2 honey mustard and 2 buffalo ranch. I looked in my bag and was yelled at by this women to pull forward because there were people behind me! I told her that my sauces were wrong and that I have 4 honey mustards instead of 2. She rudely said she should be charging me for the 2 buffalo ranch but would give it to me since there are people waiting behind me. She hands me a busted sauce which got all over my hands...it was a mess, while still rushing me to get away from the drive through window. I wont be back!

I ordered the 12 piece bucket meal. The sides were great except for the biscuits. Not only were they small, but dry too! One of the chicken legs were burnt on the bottom, like maybe poor rotation. I don't know. This meal without anything beside the 12 piece meal and sides was $39.99 without tax. I could get better from a sit down restaurant for about the same price. Disappointed ?

The food was good but the service could definitely have been a lot better . Their were employees that just stood there and looked at you and definitely wouldn't ask you if they could help you they looked at each other like " you help them or it's not my job." The cleanliness of the dinning room was not the best . Them employees that was refusing to help the customers definitely could have been cleaning the nasty dining room . This location really needs to do better!!!

I order online food from Kentucky fried chicken on line so this is the second time that I have not gotten my complete order. I called them and they said they would send the rest of my food which I never got nor a refund. Ordered through Uber Eats tonight. Got the delivery. My sides were supposed to be mashed and gravy, they gave me nasty soggy cold fries. My drink was missing altogether, even though I messaged the driver while he was at the restaurant asking that he not forget the drink. He claimed he didn't get the message, but it's right there in the app.Besides that, the chicken was super dry. The 5 nuggets were each like a third the size of a McNugget. I literally held all of them in the palm of my hand. That's how small they were.... No WAY that was $4+ for them. Insulting at best.So now here I am eating my dried out chicken with no drink. Got through half a breast and had to just toss the rest out of pure frustration. Uber Eats refused to refund anything, claiming I received the order. Calling this location was of no use either. Their phone number goes to some recording asking for an access code.Canceled my Uber One account and will NEVER spend another penny at this location or any KFC location for that matter. Done being ripped off.

I honestly wish I could give everything a 0. I wanted the 30.00 kfc tender and family meal. They said that I had to have the app because that’s online only, so I decided to go inside and there was no customers inside so I’m looking at the menu and the two lady’s are talking and looking at me as they are eating. I continue to look at the menu to see what I could get as a family meal, the lady who is eating says rudely “you can order at the kiosk” so I go do that. I ordered 2 of the 20.00 family meal that comes with chicken, nuggets, 4 sauces, and 2 sides. I wanted one of the 20.00 meal to have mash potatoes and gravy and the other side to be mashed potatoes, instead I don’t even get the sides I just get the fries as a side, and they don’t give you a receipt, it’s all either email or text to you, and after I’m done ordering on the kiosk, I stand and wait, and a family walks in and she has no problem ordering for them. That’s just poor customer service. When you try and call them no one will answer, the food is absolutely terrible, greasy and old, the nuggets are tough and hard to bite down on, it’s just poor all around. I even called corporate and they wanted to give me a 30.00 voucher. Absolutely not with how there good tasted and poor service. I would not recommend or order from there ever again. I would love to get my money back. That was $50.00 worth of money down the drain that I could’ve got better food and better customer service somewhere else

2023-12: I've ordered delivery from here several times via third party services and almost always have had an issue, ranging from items missing (packets of ketchup to a side item) to them being out of items (pot pies and sweet tea) to delivery being late causing my food to be cold. The food itself is generally good, but the consistency of items available has been disappointing.2023-04: This was from an experience last month. Came to the restaurant to run in and get dinner for a few people. The dining room was empty but the drive thru was pretty busy. I had to wait about 15 minutes to receive my order, an 8 piece dinner with 2 sides. James, the young man at the register was very nice and apologetic about the wait, but I wasn't too concerned with that aspect because all the employees were going non-stop and obviously trying to to keep up with the orders coming in. The dining room was a bit messy and I got a sweet tea while I waited, having to tip the tea container to get my drink. Overall, the service was good, James did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was ...a fast food joint. I was glad to be taking my order to go. And the food has declined over the years, in my opinion. Our extra crispy chicken could have been "lightly crispy" chicken. So, I'm.giving 3 stars, for "it's okay".2022-09: There are so many chicken places around these days, but I was happy to see KFC pop up. However, I've been a bit disappointed because the prices have skyrocketed while many portion sizes have decreased.
