It’s my first time ever at the location and most likely the last.. it’s pretty bad when customers are telling other customers as they are leaving, to check food before exiting because it’s often wrong. Sure glad we did, the kid definitely didn’t give us the sauces we asked for because they ran out on the line. Not sure why he couldn’t ask his 4 other coworkers for help. Most importantly this guy pictured, the delivery driver, does NOT need to be working with the public. Extremely rude and disrespectful to husband and then I walked in after hearing about it and he continued his horrible behavior. Will be contacting corporate about this. Shameful, we just MOVED HERE FROM OUT OF STATE, where Marcos is HUGE. The young lady working the counter was professional and kind. I’m so sorry she has to work this group of disrespectful men. Poor sweet girl.

I would give zero stats if possible. The last two times I have placed a pickup order at this location my order was not ready at time of pickup. I’m not talking about 5/10 minutes but 20/30 minutes or more! The first time, I chalked it up to they were just having a bad day. Today, I am placed my order online at 5:49 and my confirmation email said my order would be around 6:09. I arrived at 6:19 to pick up my pizzas but my order had not even been started. The guy at the counter said they were short handed and would go check on my order. He walked to the back and never came back! At 6:54 my order still was not even close to being ready so I asked for a refund. Still no sign of the first guy from the counter who was checking on my order? I was given a refund and told if I wanted to wait, I could still take the order. I waited another few minutes with no sign of a pizza so went home and had Ramen noodles for dinner instead. So long Marco’s! Never again!
Pizza took 2 hours then it came not cut, no sauce and the breadsticks were hard as a rock! Don’t recommend at all.

Nobody answering the phone, no call to say order was lost, no deliver after saying it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Nearly 3 hours later, still no delivery. Called back to see what was going on and request refund only to be told our order had been sitting ready for quite some time.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. We are still waiting on the pizza so I can’t review the quality of the food. While I understand it’s Halloween, and they are busy..I was fine waiting a little longer for the food. I ordered the food at 6:15 and the delivery time was 6:52 est. it is now 8:40 and we have not gotten anything. What makes it worse is you can’t get anyone on the phone at the store. I was on hold 20 minutes and the call disconnected. I called back, someone picked up the phone and said “hold” and never came back. Around this time (well over an hour since the estimated delivery time) I got an email saying the pizza was being prepped. Then 4 minutes later an email saying it was being put in the oven. At this point our food is either burnt to a crisp or ice cold (maybe?) unfortunately no one will answer the phone so I can figure out what’s going on. I would have been fine if I had called and someone said “hey, sorry it’s taking longer than usual because of the holiday” or even been given the option to pick it up myself. The inability to get a person to answer the phone is just ridiculous. If they can’t handle the business, they either need to put a hold on orders until they can catch up or not take orders at all.

This is what happens when you have kids running a business, what a joke. This was by far the worst pizza I’ve taste.

Called a few times and tried to place an order. They would answer the call and hang up, just let the phone ring, or just not answer and let there be empty space when we called in to place an order. That happened each time I called in. Finally, somebody answered just to say they were putting us on hold. We ended up going down the street to a restaurant that was happy to take our order. We eat here a lot, I have noticed service going down hill for a while, however this is unacceptable. Might need to look at hiring more people or you might loose customers.

They took forever to do my pizzas. I felt 80 years old by the time they got done and I started 19 years old. Food was great quality though.

Moved to this area a year ago. Took me 13 months to try them. I have tried all the pizza in the area. From 30 dollar pies to this. They have the best seasoning, cheese, sauce, and am a fan of the old world pepperoni. Hidden gem. When walking into the establishment the smell is the authentic Italian smell I am used to and have not found around here.
Food was ready when I arrived there. Hot and delicious!!
Best pizza in town. Family and I order from here once a week if not more. The person who commented below has no idea what’s she’s talking about as a door dasher could’ve put a hair in her food! We’ve never had problems besides a few missing sauces!
