No one in front or in back of me! I asked for ketchup. The guy didn’t like that I asked for more, btw everyone of them had something weird and sticky not ketchup. So I gave it to the person who brought my food to drive thru 1 and she threw it away and just left me hanging no words at all! Poor service just happened within 15 minutes ago!

The new layout is not set up for service to help the people in the lobby. The only time I saw someone up front was when they were settled out doordash orders. They have more seats in the place than in the regular lobby. I'm not a fan.

Everytime I come to this location, whether it’s through the drive thru or ordering inside the service is inconveniently slow. I always get told to pull up to a parking spot to wait for my order and more times than not when the food comes out something is missing or it’s the wrong item. Also why is it like a battle trying to get someone’s attention inside their is always no one at the registers so you have to flag someone down.

Order two double cheeseburgers, and a basket of fries, Made to order. The basket of fries were cold so I Returned the basket of fries and asked fot made to order fries a second time. What I received were hot oily fries, which were limp. This occurred because They refried the original basket of fries and gave them back to me. They were disgusting couldn’t even eat them and the quantity didn’t even match that of a large fries. Never returning to this poorly managed restaurant. I wouldn’t have a restaurant if I serve food like this. You are only surviving because you have the McDonald’s brand.

The children's playground was very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned for a while because there was so much dust and hair on the edges. I hope you pay more attention to this, please. Don't they do health inspections? Please take care of the park's hygiene. This is the first time I've left a children's playground so disappointed. My son's nuggets tasted like they were refried and had a hard crust. The staff could use a little more friendliness; the person who delivered my food seemed forced to work there.

This place is the most worst McDonald's I've been to. You cant get anyone to the lobby when you walk in. Their rude and dont fill the frys up. I asked for a large fry and they gave me one but it was half full. If I wanted it half full I would have ordered a medium. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge I was even standing there.

One of the worst locations in terms of customer service, I don’t even see why they have a front register if they aren’t going to talk to you at all, stood at the front register for 15 mins where many employees just came up, yelled out order numbers, looked at me and walked away. I find it funny that they have a 30 minute “loitering” time limit in place when that’s how long it takes to even be acknowledged by an employee. I understand they have every possible way to order without having to have their staff say a word to their customers, but I FEEL like standing at the front register unmoving for nearly 20 minutes MAY indicate that I have a question or need something from a staff member, big surprise Mcdonald’s, customers may require employee interaction every now and then. I can’t even remember the last time i’ve heard a “Hey, welcome in” at this location. Glad to say I won’t be returning, i’m sure it makes their staff happy too seeing how it’s so unbearable for them to talk to a customer.
