Whoever is managing this place is doing a wonderful job . Every time my family and I come here the atmosphere is very welcoming . The employees are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. This is how a McDonald’s should feel and be ran . Employees during their downtime are constantly coming out to straighten up the lobby wiping down tables , refilling drinks and doing check ups on the customers . I 10/10 recommend this McDonald’s...
This is my favorite McDonald’s out of all the McDonald’s within 30 miles from my home. Even though I have a McDonald’s 2 miles away from my home (Riverwood McDonald’s), I would drive the extra distance if I want better service and food. The McDonald’s at 4264 Washington Road hasn’t disappointed me yet at the drive-thru, dining in and the staff.
My service star rating depends on the day, as in who is working. Some are nice, some are amazing but others just seem to be barely there.The atmosphere is quiet but you don't get a lot of attention inside after you get your food you're on your own.
