McDonald's is a friendly place where employees work hard and the manager is kind. While some kitchen staff are not dressed appropriately, the food tastes really good. However, the wait time can be confusing, with visits sometimes being quick and other times taking a long time. Despite some service issues, a sweet older gentleman goes above and beyond to fix mistakes and provide excellent customer service, deserving recognition for his efforts.
Some customers have noted that the Chicken nuggets are now smaller and skinnier, but the server was nice enough to bring fresh 10 piece chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, there were also concerns about employees who should have been cleaning but were seen sitting around and video chatting on their phones. This left some customers feeling that the cleaning was not being done properly. Overall, many still find McDonald's to be a good fast food option and appreciate the nice and polite servers.
