I went here as a pregnant woman and got 3 chicken sandwiches and a large fry with an icecream cone. I paid and already by the time i got to the window my order was forgotten. I repeated what i had they brought me three chicken sandwiches and a large fry and as i go to ask about my icecream cone the window was closed on me. As i’m waiting i try the fries and it tasted like a pound of salt and the fries were extremely old and cold. As i make it home my boyfriend starts eating his chicken sandwich with then the middle being raw. I’m glad i didn’t start eating that because being pregnant that is such a huge risk. This was horrible service.

Let me preface this by saying, I have given this location soooo many opportunities to do better. This morning, all I wanted was a Diet Coke. Simple right? No! They had to cancel my order, because they had no change for me to pay them (it was a $20, nothing crazy). Forget all of the times they have gotten my order wrong, or all the times I’ve spent most of my lunch break waiting in their line, or all of the times the attitude of the employees has been less than pleasant. I will be forever thankful for another fast food option in the area, because I work there 5 days a week. I will definitely never give this location another chance!

OK, so I wanna start by saying I don’t think it’s everybody the employees his fault that this McDonald’s is super crappy but the atmosphere here they need better leaders at this McDonald’s in order for it to be better. The line doesn’t know how to pick the person that was there first instead it makes you wait like 15 minutes per order. I really didn’t appreciate today’s service. Went through the drive-through through. We waited two or three minutes at the first window because the cashier walked away as we pulled up. She was fusing at someone behind her. She finally came back and then we had to wait at the second window. Then we were asked to wait over in the parking DEAD AREA. After another five to seven minutes the lady brought us....it wasn't our order. We had to wait another minute or two. Then our order came out...one of the main items were missing. After going back our order was finally complete 🙌. Someone in the store did make it up somewhat by giving us two of the missing items instead of just the one. 22 minutes at this McDonald's was a bit much. However when the food did come out, THE FRIES WERE HOT.
