The service was awful. Management is terrible. The attitude isn’t management material. They need real training bad. The General Manager say things about customers in their face. Plus the food is cold they don’t care how they give it to you .. Just messy. Sad case and they don’t give you all your food. Please don’t go asking for it. Management gets a bad attitude like it’s your fault. I’m done. You try to support but it’s not coming back. Management: go wait on her !!!! You gonna put your business out of business fast. Please don’t waste your time there.

This is the worst franchise see privately owned McDonald’s I have ever been to. I worked for a private franchisee owner in the past and I’ve never had such terrible experiences like this location. It’s the one closest to my home. The orders are always wrong. Nobody knows what they’re doing and then all the time the card reader is always down in the drive-through but yet they can do the card reader in the lobby that doesn’t make any sense because I’ve worked in the corporation. If it’s down in one side it’s down everywhere that’s not how you reduce your drive-through times to meet quota. I will make sure that McDonald’s corporation is well aware of this location. I have the location number. I’ve given it more than one chance it’s a waste of peoples time to sit in a line to be turned away.

Why are the Mc ribs put on a hamburger bun instead of a rib roll?

We ordered 3 McRibs and 2 orders of fries. After waiting 10 mins pulled off from drive through, we finally got our order. When we got home (45 mins drive) and opened the order, we were stunned. They had either run out of McRib buns (nothing said to us) or had no clue how to make them. We got a regular hamburger bun with half the meat hanging out of it and a box drenched with BBQ sauce (see attached photo). The fries were less than half full to top it off.

This wasn’t a mistake. This was intentional and fraudulent. I won’t go back.

Unfortunately I have to write this.
Over the last couple of years that we have frequented this McDonald's i swear its gotten worse. Today takes the cake.
It was semi busy not much different as normal. But at the drive through speaker it was Are you using the mobile app? No. Then it was what do you want. Ok. People have bad days its all good I understand. But when I got to the 2nd window to pick up food the order was large sized and the fry boxes are half empty and cold as the ice in the cups.

With Wendy's opening in the coming weeks and Chick-fil-A opening within the year you all need to get it together. Im sorry but this is unacceptable to even for fast food.
Unfortunately the crew doesn't care because its all about times and getting off of shift. But as an owner someone needs to put their foot down and take control and yes I worked in fast food as a teen I understand. But we were not this bad.

Do not go here during busy hours. Waited over 45 minutes for my order inside, and got meat on a bun that was supposed to be a big mac. There was no sauce, no cheese, no onions, a sprinkle of lettuce, no pickles. Then it's impossible to get out once you have parked since the drive through blocks you from backing out.

If you must go, do not order online, use the drive through, and do not move forward until you have checked all the food.

New management is just as pathetic as in the past. Rushing the drive thru and handing out the wrong food by doing so. Yelling at employees so that your customers can hear. Food tastes dry and old. Manager has no apologies for giving out the wrong order and the inconvenience of having to come back to get it corrected.
