The pizza was delicious. We had an issue with the order, but the manager, Chad Aiken, was exceptional. Chad was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. He took the time to carefully listen to our complaint and went above & beyond to remedy the situation. Truly top-notch customer service.
My husband, daughter and I went to Mellow Mushroom in Evans for lunch yesterday, I am posting now because I was giving the manager who wasn’t there during our visit the opportunity to call me (which he hasn’t) we arrived close to opening, only one or two other tables were sat when we arrived.
