I ordered the shrimp hibachi to go. It was fast, hot, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back to try new items the next time I'm in town.

Delicious mix of Asian fusion(Thai, Chinese, Japanese) dishes. You order at the counter and food gets brought to your table. The staff is pretty friendly and the food came fast and hot.

Great experience as always. The pork Bao is my newest favorite. Two come in an order. I’d prefer these over a burger from a franchise joint! Just delicious and I 1000% recommend everyone try those buns.

Those Pork Bao buns are my new favorite. Your team should definitely push those! Very delicious! Always a great experience when I visit.

Basic build-your-bowl has some very rich options included in the base price, or the 2/3 protein upgrade. Very good work-out complimenting food. Rich enough, if you're prioritizing that, to split a bowl. Otherwise, it might be a bit pricey for average income people, but the prices match the county/area it's in.

Parking: ~5 non-handicapped spots right in front of the building, tons of parking (vs. Seating in all businesses) in an attached, shared, long/narrow parking lot.

I’ve been a big fan of Mirin and even more excited they opened their second location in Evans! My favorites are the cheesy beef fries, edamame, and the fried rice with chicken. I’m here at least once a week and the food is always fantastic!

This is the second time in a week we have been here! Everything we have had has been amazing! Service is excellent! New favorite spot even for our 2 kids who love the Boba drinks!

First time coming here after a friend mentioned it to me
The braised short rib is tender and delicious. It has a very distinct flavor that I can't quite pinpoint, but it's umami like. Next time I go, I'm going to try it on top of the Ramen. The noodles that came with it were good but needed some more sauce/flavor as they were sauceless.
The chicken, steak, and shrimp teriyaki were delicious. Shrimp was cooked perfectly and not rubbery at all. Chicken was delicious as well. Steak was great, too. The fried rice was really good, even the grilled onions that come with the teriyaki were so good. The white sauce they bring for the rice is a must!
Beef gyoza were delicious. I definitely recommend getting these, I personally dip them in the soy sauce and put some cilantro on top, and that really enhances the gyoza.
Spring rolls were good as well.
The korean bbq tacos were delicious, but I feel they would be amazing in a bao bun or something of that sort, rather than a corn tortilla, I think that's what they're in at least.
Everything was very good and we definitely will be returning.
The plating was beautiful as well they had very pretty, good quality plates.
Also, of note, the restaurant was very clean and smelled fresh. Bathrooms were immaculate. It's always nice to eat at a place that is clean!
