Nothing Bundt Cakes

I went on my break to purchase a tower for my coworker , let’s say the cashier misunderstood what I said and my order was wrong and she proceeded to tell me because I already paid for it I could not get a refund I needed to take all three when I only wanted two ! Then as I waited for the tower she took 12 people ahead of me and I stopped her and asked how much longer she told me I am the only one here and after I take these people I will go put your things together..unconcerned , no customer skill at all ! I will never go there again !

This was my most amazing experience I have ever had at a nothing bundt cakes! Before I even get to the amazing bundt cake I got, I have to give an amazing shout-out to the absolutely stellar lady who checked me out! She was not only attentive and so kind, but she was genuinely interested in talking and making our conversation engaging while providing me with amazingly efficient and smooth service. I forgot to get her name, but she was working the 10am shift on the 2nd of January. An absolute angel of a person and I genuinely don't think a better service worker exists. If there is ever a possibility for giving raises or promotions here, she is the one to do it! I cannot thank her enough for the kindness she radiates and the stellar service she provided me! Secondly, I want to let everyone know that the bundt cakes at this location are probably the best i've ever had. Their cream cheese frosting was fresh, the cake was moist and delicate, and the presentation was almost like I was eating the pieces they use for their ads. If you're ever looking for a cake, this place is 100% the place to be! Amazing people, the highest quality bundt cakes i've ever had, and probably one of the cleanest places i've been to. I could probably eat off their floor woth how much is sparkled! All in all, an amazing store I will 100% be going back to!

Dear Ms. becky and everyone that worked there on Dec. 24! I don’t appreciate the service! That I received during this holiday! I order a cake to surprise my husband for a milestone that was supposed to be be great but you ruined it!

Story: i call at 11:16 to see if i can get the cake i paid for. Pick up was dec. 23 i forgot because of the holiday! I called on dec.24 to see if it was too late and if my mom can come. She only needs my name! They lady over the phone said yes. She get there the ppl sitting outside said they gave it away. I called again to see why they said my mom can come get the darn cake if it was not there. Being frustrated! THE GM BECKY! I suppose think i should not be upset about my mom driving up there for no reason and that i did even get notified of a refund! She told me no we have it. I said well she said someone outside said the cake is gone! Oh they may not have been able to find it. Now im like ok talking with my mom on another phone telling her they have. Becky thinks im talking to her says maam dont yell we can refund it! In a very nasty tone! Expect to hear more from me Ms. Rude Becky!

My best friend ordered my Husband and I a gender reveal cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes since we don’t have any family around to have done a gender reveal. The cake itself was delicious but what I was most impressed with was the gender reveal itself. They decorated the cake so beautifully and the little rattle to reveal the gender was perfect! We really enjoyed the experience and would 100% recommend their gender reveal cakes for anyone looking to do something like that!

My experience was soooo bad
I ordered a cake for Father’s Day to be delivered to my house
I didn’t get the cake and they didn’t answer the phone
Then when I called them the next day
They say will refund the money and didn’t apologize
I don’t recommend this bakery for your special occasion

Forgot to order ahead for a networking event this past Wednesday! Needed two dozen bundtinis!! Walked right in staff was AMAZING AND FAST! Walked in and out with the most delish bite size cakes for my event!!! Moist and perfect in every way!!!! The cakes also paired amazing with some yummy wine!!!!!

I placed an order online on May 5 for 1 qty of Butterflies Bundtinis, custom assortment 12ct flavors with Butterfly toppers, Happy Mothers Day flag and a custom message card saying Happy Mothers Day to my mom and to be delivered between 4:30pm-5pm.

I rec’d a call after 4pm from staff member (won’t mention the name) informing me they were out of the butterfly toppers. I asked to not put any toppers and was told I’d be reimbursed for them.
Not only was this order delivered 30mins late (driver stated store wasn’t prepared) but the order was wrong and embarrassing. The flavors were not as requested and there was “Best Dad” toppers, mustache toppers and hat toppers on the bundtinis along with no custom card.
I contacted the store immediately to be told by another staff member (won’t mention the name) they apologize and I will be reimbursed for the full order.
We are now 19 days and still no call back from the store manager as to when I’ll receive the reimbursement and each time I call to follow up, I’m given a different reason as to why this hasn’t happen.

Need more staff on Mother’s Day (Day before Mother’s Day). Ordered online a day in advance and still had to wait 45 minutes and wait in a long line. There were people that ordered maybe things that are a little quicker to make and got their order before me.

I normally am not one to leave a review, but I bought two lemon blueberry cakes today and one is literally HALF the size of the other one. It is literally half of the cake??? I’m pretty pissed spending $6 on a cake only to get home and see one is smaller than your average cupcake. Very disappointed as I’ve been a customer for such a long time and have never had such a disappointing cake.
