I see why this location gets only 4 Stars. At 3pm in the afternoon on a Sunday they are out of a lot of food! When I called to check if the app was correct or not I was told “yup” not what I expected. First the bagels change and get smaller and then most of the breads are out on a Sunday afternoon when a lot of people are ordering. I’ve been in this industry for a long time, someone dropped the ball on production and training….
They actually answer the phone! I placed an order for an event and needed to add something to it the morning of pickup. They actually answered the phone and accommodated my request without any issues. Everything was ready on time and the order was accurate. Great service is hard to find these days, so I wanted to be sure to mention it here.
Cashier just swiped my card before telling me how much it costs. The sign said pick two for $5.19. It did not show a price for it if picked one. It was atleast $1 more for one. When your pinching dollars, it matters. I politely and firmly told the cashier to tell me next time how much it costs before swipping my card. He said, "yes mam'".
