I preordered on October 30th for Delivery on October 31st at 5:30pm. My pizzas never came. I called and finally Got someone on the phone who said we have been slammed since 2:30pm. Umm what does that have to do with my preorder? She stated they would just refund my Money. No, I would like my pizzas and I have someone at your store to pick up my Pizzas as delivery is no longer needed. They assured me that my order was next and would be 15 minutes. I said they would Wait for them. Over an hour later still no Pizzas but everyone walking through the door and ordering were getting their pizzas. My PREORDER was for 5:30 PM, my pizzas were at my house from being picked up over 2 hours later. Why do they even offer preorder?

Great job today, 12 July 2025 at noon. This was the best pizza we have had in years. You guys did a wonderful job. Toppings tasty and fresh, great cheese. Keep up the great work.
This is the only Papa Johns location that Consistently let's me down. I ordered regular crust with breadsticks and got a very flat crust with a couple inches of uncovered crust and bread twigs. Pizza never tastes as good and im guessing this location is trying to cut costs.

I was very unsatisfied with my pizza. It was burnt from the bottom and tasted awful. Why don’t the employees check thoroughly before selling it to the consumers? Overall I was extremely disappointed considering this was the 2nd time they burnt my pizza.
