I was very unsatisfied with my pizza. It was burnt from the bottom and tasted awful. Why don’t the employees check thoroughly before selling it to the consumers? Overall I was extremely disappointed considering this was the 2nd time they burnt my pizza.

We ordered 2 large pizzas online last night. Extra Pinapple on thin crust no sauce and a regular crust pepperoni & sausage I believe my son ordered. I was shocked to see how thin BOTH pizza were. Even the regular crust was extremely thin. And the thin pizza, thin like paper... oh wow. Also, we ordered extra pineapples and a shame how little pineapples were on that pizza. The regular crust was so thin that it looked like the thin crust the way they used to be ( I try not to mention the other pizza that did had the super, super SUPER thin crust. I took pictures). It's like they cut the flour in half. We don't eat pizza that much, so I remember well that this was not the case when we ordered a while back. I would have given 5 stars that they tasted good, but I feel cheated because whoever made the pizza totally used the amount of flour for a small pizza and sold us two large pizzas. Terrible. This really makes me think twice about ordering again from Papa John's.

Great experience at this Papa Johns. Pizzas were cheesy and very hot. I picked the pizzas up and had to wait a few minutes. Not a big deal since I was a little early. These were the best pizzas I have had from papa John's in a while. Keep up the quality.

Called in a pick up order for an XL pizza and 16 piece wings. Used a 25% off coupon. My son said that was too much food for 3 people, so called back within 30 seconds and confirmed my XL pizza had not been started yet, and asked to change my order to a large. The guy who was modifying my order came up with my original total of $37.01 which didn't make sense to me since that was the same price I was quoted for the XL. So basically I was forced to take the XL pizza. The guy told me that it was because of the 25% coupon. Well THAT didn't make sense at all, and I'm not a math major, so I went online and put in the exact order and came up with a new total of $34.01 that would have been for the large. I could tell that the guy who edited my order wanted to push a sell for that XL pizza. Shame on you Papa Johns. I'm calling corporate

We always enjoy PJs pizza. Great taste every time. Never have any issues. We agree with others prices are up, just means we do not order or for pizza as often. Still enjoy the pizza when we do.
The store can be very inconsistent with requests. One crew member will say yes to something. The next time I ordered I will get we never have done that before. I rather go to Pizza Hut than go to Papa John's.
Parking: You have to fight to find parking also, the parking spaces are small.

Pizza is all about personal preference. I do like the crust at Papa John's, which tastes a lot like their bread sticks. For me, my favorite part is the complimentary pepperoncinis that come in every box. Domino's tends to have superior online deals, though.
Parking: It's very close to a martial arts location. So, if you arrive during peak pickup or drop-off times, you're going to have a difficult time parking next to the store. Your best bet is often just to park in front of Publix and walk.
