Very disappointing! I ordered a pizza a few mins ago 22nd of October 9pm The pizza was undercooked, very white and almost raw underneath, didn’t look like anything Pizza Hut has made before. Have had the exact pizza many times and this has to be the worst one so far. I will not be going to this branch again, it seems to be all about who is making the pizza at the time and what mood they are in

I ordered about 2 hours ago, and it just arrived, and the pizza is cold. About 30 minutes ago, the app said the pizza had already delivered but it wasnt here, and I tried calling the store twice to check on my order, but nobody picked up.

The garlic cheese bread and the personal pan pepperoni pizza delicious. Made to order fresh took about 15 minutes. The gentleman had great customer service skills. I would suggest calling it in then pick up or you cam pick it up through drive thru window.
Absolutely the worst customer service. We order a couple pizzas and an order of 10 cheese sticks. What they actually give ypu is 5 sticks cut in half and call it 10. The manager there is the most unprofessional human being. She told me if I didn't like it, that I could just call corporate and hung up on me. Don't waste your money at this place. Don't worry manager, I will find a way to contact corporate.
