Why every time i come in here i have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes at the counter to be served when i place my order online. I see workers in the back on their phones that don’t even take a glance at the counter ever and the whole purpose of an online order is to be quick. I don’t come in to stand at the counter for 10 minutes just to get my food that’s already been sitting ready in the back.

Call in was easy. Pizza was made on time. I was the only one in the store and nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes even though the employees past right by me at one point. The pizza was ok at best but not the normal Pizza Hut standards…. See picture below. Not sure if it’s just management or employees that don’t care to train how to properly prepare a pizza but for $17 for one medium pizza you would expect at least the cheese to cover the entire pizza and not just get bread and marinara sauce

Pizza was not made fresh or sitting out for a long time before picking up order. My family could not even bite into it because the dough was so hard and the sauce looked curdled/old. I’ve ordered from this location very often and never had this problem until last night. I Will never order pizza from Pizza Hut again. I’ll continue to order from the very best at papa John’s or anywhere else other than Pizza Hut as it has went severely downhill. I wouldn’t feed this to my own dog. Deserves zero stars and the workers should be ashamed to even allow old pizza to be sold.
