Call in was easy. Pizza was made on time. I was the only one in the store and nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes even though the employees past right by me at one point. The pizza was ok at best but not the normal Pizza Hut standards…. See picture below. Not sure if it’s just management or employees that don’t care to train how to properly prepare a pizza but for $17 for one medium pizza you would expect at least the cheese to cover the entire pizza and not just get bread...

The manager called me personally to discuss a negative survey experience and she was helpful and professional. I have seen her working very hard at this location and appreciate the tough job she has keeping everything running well. I hope Pizza Hut is giving her good support to teach the employees well and keep to good standards.
