I don't even know where to start my rant. I've been going to this mexican restaurant for YEARS and just lately I've been getting this waitress, Estella. She is the most bitchy two faced motherfucker I've ever encountered. Before you sit down the bitch demands atleast a 3 dollar tip from every person at the table. No "Hi, good afternoon what would you like to drink" just a "THREE DOLLARTHREE DOLLARTHREE DOLLAR" as she points aggressively around the table. I get tips are a good portion of waiters pay, but you don't deserve it when you argue with your customers on how much they are "forced" to pay you. I will always tip as long as the server is nice, but the second you try and demand it, you might as well suck on my dick, because that's all you're gonna get. Someone on Poblanos' Staff needs to give Estella a stern talking-to on customer service. And to my dear Estella, if you see this, it's a formal fuck off from my side and get your head our your ass. We love Poblano's! The service is always outstanding and the food is great. I usually get the Pollo con Crema, and it is always delicious. Even when they are busy, which is most of the time, they always provide good food and excellent service.

Poblanos has good food and it comes out pretty quick considering how busy they were. Had to wait for a table for about 20 min on a Thursday night, for a party of 3, but the place was packed, not an open table or parking spot anywhere. Carnitas were pretty good, I would give them about a 7 out of 10 score. It's typical Mexican food and menu that you get in the CSRA, not going to blow you away, but good quality, quick service and a reasonable price. The downside, if you are going for conversation and meeting with other folks that you need to communicate with, it is very loud when it is this busy and you can hardly hear yourself think, much less the person on the other side of the table. So if you just want to go to eat, you will be fine, but if you are going for fellowship or camaraderie then you may want to consider the less busy times or going somewhere else.
We had an outstanding experience at this local restaurant! Karina provided outstanding service, making our dining experience memorable. The carnitas street tacos with green sauce were incredibly delicious, and the combination plate with a tostada and tamal was sooo good. My husband enjoyed the enchilada and burrito, and said the flavor of the chicken inside the burrito was amazing. The dishes were not only flavorful but also huge and very fresh. We're definitely looking forward to returning!

If you're looking for authentic Hispanic food, this is definitely one of the best places in the CSRA!Karina was wonderful and really friendly!Everything was delicious and authentic. I had the carnitas street tacos and a burrito. The tacos are double wrapped so they don't fall apart. They fill them up!I'll be making this a new weekly visit!
