Drinks are made inconsistently. Meaning if you like it one day, unless the same employee makes it again the same way it might not be good. This isn’t a problem with seasoned employee who make the drinks the same way all the time.
I suggest trying the Rooted by the Evans Towncenter Park.

My wife and had been members of a bigger brand for 20 plus years. Over time its service and quality went down. Now we enjoy locally owned businesses such as Rooted. The team is friendly. They explained points do not expire, and you do not have to spend hundreds to earn and use them. They take the time to explain menue items even when the place is busy
Rooted offers military Active and Retired discount. It is nice when businesses do this. We thank Rooted for doing so.
We have been to several Rooted locations, the service and quality are consistent. Highly recommend this business.

I've noticed a significant number of customers visiting your door from 9am, walking away disappointed because you weren't opened, and capturing images of your business hours. You'll definitely should consider opening earlier people love coffee in the mornings

Owners and managing family need to do better. Pretentious bunch who are unorganized; expanding the business without taking time and care to protect their current locations. There are other coffeehouses in the Augusta area with stronger morals- Trellis and Relic are fab and my top choices.

I hate to be this person.. the food and coffee tasted good but for the cost I was quite disappointed in how much (little) food we got. 2 late, 2 kids hot chocolates, 1/2 of a bagel, 1 breakfast sandwich, and an order of the seasonal crepes came out to around $70 after I tipped %15

This place started out phenomenal. Now, when you order it's either messed up, wrong or something is forgotten. The toast is so hard you can barely chew it. It's overpriced at this point for the quality of food.

I loved rooted until my last visit. On my most recent visit I had gotten some food from another restaurant and then went to get my coffee. I asked the woman at the register if I could eat there with my coffee (I wanted a crepe after so I preferred not to leave but I knew eating other food is not always welcome even at a coffee shop) and she said it was definitely fine. She then said she was new and I asked if I should ask someone else to double check. I did not want any issues but she said she knew it was DEFINITELY ok. As I worked, ate, and drank my coffee one of the workers came up to me and told me I couldn’t have food there pretty loud. Honestly I would have gone home and set up at home if it was going to be an issue. I let her know I got permission before I sat down. She was very rude and caused a scene. Everyone close by was now looking at me. She let me know the employee who told me that was new and it says it on the door. Honestly if your employee didn’t even read the door… can you fault me? But whatever. She made me very uncomfortable and known that I wasn’t welcome. Needless to say I wasn’t able to get my crepe and won’t be back.

Makes no sense how you can get a drink that they have on the menu for wayyy cheaper with the syrups and cold foam etc. I PAYED 22$ for 2 lattes! I’m sorry? What? I prefer to support small business but Starbucks is way cheaper and other coffee shops around. This place does not have it together at all. Sure the coffee is great but consistency and service and the way the do there menu to upcharge people unnecessarily is ridiculous. I got 2 lattes and if you look online they have it the same way. They charge you for a syrup. I’m sorry what? But if you get their drinks that they have on their menu all that’s included at a cheaper price but still steep. They charge you for every little thing on top of it already being extremely expensive. I’ll be going to Starbucks until they figure out a way to make there prices fair. 11$ for one drink is insane.everyone knows Starbucks is pricey too but when you pay 7$ for the same drink there with ALLL THE EXTRA ADD INS TOO. It absolutely makes you realize who deserves your business. Greed. They literally find a way to upcharge you for anything here.
