This place was not good at all,cheese fries,isn't cooked with any kind of cheese I've ever seen,and didn't taste good at all,and the steak Philly you only get mushrooms on the sandwich w/ a few slices of very thin pieces, and you have to find the steak to see any.

The hostess was great upon arrival, quickly greeted by the waitress. We sat in the bar area and ordered appetizers. Took 35mins for chips and queso, fried mushrooms, and a quesadilla. We saw the food sitting in the window for a minimum 10mins before it was brought over. 4 people stood at the kitchen window talking, one eating. Absolute embarrassment. Will not be back.

We were turned away due to there was a party of 25. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait, even though there were tables available. Another 3 people before us was also turned away. I am not sure if there may not have been enough wait staff. This was around 430 pm.

Ordered from them online...no sauce for any of my appetizers that definitely require them (mozza sticks and wings), missing one of my entres...and three cokes...even though the entre it goes with was gone. I know its not a glamorous job but if you dont care about it, quit.

I recently visited Ruby Tuesday with some friends, and it was a good experience! Iām not from here, Iām actually from California, so I wasnāt sure what to expect from a spot like this. Iām a vegan, and I always have to ask a few extra questions about the menu, and the staff was super patient and accommodating. They told me about the garden bar and an impossible burger. While we were talking the manager even came out and started to talk to us, which was the best part tbh. When he heard the server telling me about the impossible burger he got excited and said āItās almost convincing enough to make me go veganā Then he pointed to his belly with a smile and said, āBut I donāt knowāI think I love meat too muchā It was a funny moment, and It made me feel like they were genuinely interested in making sure I had a good meal. The fact the manager made that joke made me not feel embarrassed because many people at other places get annoyed when I ask that. Just because of that tbh, I got the burger and it was yummy and fresh lol. Overall, Ruby Tuesday had a great, laid-back vibe that was perfect for a night out with my crazy friends ( they love the alcohol options lol). This was the first time I came to Ruby Tuesday and I love it, I low-key wish that I had this back at home because the vibes were good and comfy and I could eat my little vegan heart out lol

Oh boy, where do I startā¦.. Probably the most uncomfortable and deflating dining experience ever. I sat on this overnight debating with myself about leaving a negative review. So after much deliberation I feel this needed to be shared with hopes this review will help someone make an informed decision as to where they are going to dine. My family and I went out dinner to celebrate my birthday and itās a bid deal for us - with two disabled adult children we donāt go out to eat unless itās a special occasion. It was painfully obvious the hostess/serverās skill set was not suited for this position and Ruby Tuesday has done a disservice to its customers by allowing this. She told us to sit anywhere, slapped the menus on the table and before we could sit we were barraged āWhat do you want to drink?ā We hadnāt even had time to look at the menu to see what they serve ā¦. A couple who ended up seating themselves right after us were treated the same way and these patrons issued a complaint to her about this same thing and she walked away. The restaurant was close to empty so Iām trying to figure out what the rush was?!? The appetizer was subpar - Iāve made better from frozen potato skins & mozzarella sticks at home. The meal was adequate - but my entree came out 10 minutes after the rest of familyās. When we went to pay the food server barked orders at us & we werenāt allowed to make the transaction privately compelling us to leave a much larger tip then was warranted. My poor husband apologized to me all the way home even though none of the horrible experience was his fault. Feeling like we have been cheated out of what was supposed to be a fun experience. Iām grateful my family rallied and we made the most of the day at home trying to pu this behind us. Iām hoping this review will save someone else considering celebrating a special occasion here from having the awful experience we had š
