Great place for some excellent chicken fingers! The salads looked good too and they have a mac & cheese bowl that I will definitely try next time. Service was good with friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and had good seating. All in all a really good establishment.

The parking lot sucks to get in and out of, especially at high traffic times. Place is clean for the most part. Tables were pretty greasey but that's the only complaint I have. Food is served pretty quickly and the price isn't too bad. A solid experience. I'd probably eat here again if I was in the area, but I wouldn't drive out of my way again.

Idk. I guess CFA kinda set the standard for fast food × chicken places. People don't realize the chicken sandwich is just ok, but the service is why everyone always raves. First time coming here, and the drive-through attendant had to have the world's strongest neck. She kept cutting me off when I was ordering, so I finished my order at the window. It wasn't anyone behind me, but I guess me sitting at the window was going to mess up the "drive time" or whatever they call it there and her having to complete my order was the biggest inconvenience to her ever. She rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and rolled her neck. I told her maybe I wasn't loud enough, so I apologize. Rolled her neck again. Get my food, I tell her, "Have a nice day," rolls her neck again, exclaiming "whatever." Kinda unpleasant. So the moral of this story is that your chicken sandwich might be better, but the service will keep me from really finding out. ??♂️

Bought 2 kids chicken tenders meals and from the one I ate the fries was old Nd cold and the tenders was burnt shriveled up and cold I swear I try with Slim Chickens but yall really been slacking this was around 3 pm today so my food should've been hot if anything ? I'm done waisted my money should've went to

This place has terrible service. They messed my meal up so I drive back to the store and ask them to remake the sandwich which wasn’t correct, and the now soggy okra that I got as a side only for them to tell me they’ll only redo the sandwich. Any reasonable establishment would replace the entire meal. Not worth the money for that kind of service. Go to Zaxby’s or even McDonald’s for a better customer experience and food. McDonald’s would at least remake everything and refund you. Shantana, you suck at your job and so does your manager Nick or whatever his name was.

This is a very nice restaurant that is a cross between Zaby’s and Chick-fil-a. The staff is like the latter. Family friendly and fairly easy to get to.
