What a piece of work this location is. Time and time again, I have issues with this Belair Road location. Orders are wrong, I can’t check in to mobile stalls, and today I can’t place an order through the app … it’s conveniently down. On top of that, they will not award 1/2 price drinks because they must be “ordered through the app” … which is down. Yikes. Looks like I might need to start heading to Grovetown from now on.

Ordered my food and it took forever to come out so I hit the red button again to tell them I never gotten my food. Was told it was on the way waited a little longer. Food shows up chicken tenders cool and my milkshake was watery sent the it back. They waited a while then sent me the same shake back like I wouldn’t know

The most disgusting hot dog and the onion rings where nasty and greasy and only two whole ones and the rest were pieces. The lemon slushy was ok but for $18.00 we feel totally ripped off.

2025-05: Tried coming here again recently after a friend was attempting to pre-order via their app, which kept timing out. So we pulled up and started ordering, to find out they were out of some staples. Like CO2 for soda... I get it, it happens. However, it would be nice if they could integrate some sort of communication via the app to let a customer know ahead of time something like that. The employees were friendly and polite.
2021-12: I downloaded the Sonic app which comes with some decent perks. Not only can you place an order through the app to be picked up immediately or at a scheduled time at the location of your choosing, but you get monthly perks (free/discounted items), but you also get half price drinks and slushes all day, every day when you order through the app. My first experience using the app to order went smoothly. The app is easy to navigate and customize every item and my order was ready in time and was correct. When you get to the location you ordered from, you pull into a stall and check in with the app. Also, you have to pay via the app when you place the order (and Cash App is accepted).
2021-11: I've visited this Sonic a couple of times recently and both times our orders were brought out to our car quickly, they were correct, and the food was hot and delicious. The young ladies who brought our food each time were both friendly and thorough.
2019: I've been to this location multiple times over the past six years. The past couple of times have been a little better than previously noticed in that the time between ordering to the time food was received was very quick, and the order was correct.

The turn in is steep. Once parked the menu is nice and visible. The speaker is loud...not a bad thing but you can hear others order. Only one at a time. The food was OK, definitely not my better sonic experience.
This sonic has amazing food but this is the second time I've been there that they don't have any sodas at all. How can a sonic not have any sodas?

After 15 minutes my order hadn't come out and then when I asked I was told I was wrong and that I hadn't ordered at all and I didn't know what stall I was in.
