I used to never have any issues with Sonic but here lately all I have is issue after issue. Tonight I brought my daughter to Sonic to get her favorite appetizer from them, mozzarella sticks. It started when I ordered, I had some cash and the rest on my card, so I asked the girl who answered the button at the store when I pressed it can I pay some cash and some card and she told me no... I was annoyed and wished I'd gone through the drive thru bc I'd be able to pay with both at the drive thru, bc I've done it before, but I let it go and ordered a medium bc I had enough cash for a medium. So we wait and Zach brings out the bag of medium mozzarella sticks, I'm pulling out to leave & my daughter says there's only 4 in here! So now I'm completely annoyed, I pull back around to the same stall I ordered from hit the button, same rude girl answers & I tell her I just ordered a medium mozzarella stick and I was brought a small bc there's only 4 in the bag. She replies, yes ma'am not another word, I sit and wait another 5-6 mins and Zach comes back out with only 2 mozzarella sticks, not a new medium full order! Idk it's just terrible customer service, no apology, nothing. I'm so disappointed with these fast food places, I rarely give them my money and when I do I'm reminded immediately why I stopped in the first place. Terrible job Sonic!!! You've lost a customer from here on out!

6 bucks for a large Oreo blast and had to ask for whip cream on top and only got a tiny spot of it when it returned the ice wasn't mixed it was basically a cup of vanilla ice cream few a few spoon fulls of Oreos on top

The the twisted flamingo wasn't right or good. Think completely missing the cream. Is the queso supposed to be cold? It was very salty too. Time to fix speakers I had to repeat my order several times and I stated my order slow.

Service is terrible. When my fiancé asked for a Oreo cheesecake blast she asked if she could add cookie dough to it the and women that came over the intercom said “yea I guess” Eveytime we come here and get a blast they barely put any toppings in them so we always have to ask for a extra and they still give us as little as possible. Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
