Went little late in afternoon to get some ice cream and the service was terrible! Didn't answer for almost 10 minutes, only to tell me that the ice cream machines were not working. You're better off going to Dairy Queen for your frozen deserts.

Service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes even though I put my order in beforehand. Whole staff was just sitting there on their phones. At least he made sure to give me plenty of ketchup to go along with my breakfast burrito! Must've came during amateur hour.

I don’t know if this was supposed to be a joke, an employee that just doesn’t care, or what. But I don’t see how anyone is supposed to eat this when it’s literally drenched and ketchup and mustard. It was soaked through to the bun. And completely uneatable.

Terrible experience ordering food. Attendant popped off attitude with us, couldn't wait for the order to complete so she cut us off. Then got distracted multiple times. Ended up just leaving

Awful experience. Our order was incorrect twice, and even after being re-rung, we still came home missing two items. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional—she refused to give me her name (I believe it started with an A), hung up on me mid-conversation, and accused me of yelling when I was simply frustrated but calm.
The restaurant itself was dirty: sticky floors, trash on the ground, and employees drinking in the food area. This location clearly needs better training and management. We will not be returning.

I ordered about $32 worth of food and only waited for about 3 minutes for my food to come out. I was greeted by hunter with a smile and energy. I appreciate the fact that Sonic is finally bringing back the skates, it's been too long and it's not a common enough thing. I'd love to have him as my server again
