I got home and the bottom of the cup was broken. When we took it out of the cup holder milk shake went every were. I'm done with this place.

The managers here are working against HR regulations. They work people 1 day a week so that they are forced to quit. For some people this is the only job they can get. Some people seriously need the money. I have several kids that work here and a manager told me himself that in order to force people out they only work them 1 day a week. The grill is not set straight and the managers get into the helps private business and upset the help to the point that my son got 2nd degree burns this goes against all my HR training.

Very rude young girls working there today. Barely spoke and acted as if they did not want to take our order . Literally closed the door as we were talking to confirm that everything was in the small bag that they shoved everything in .
Went to the 4436 Washington Road Evans location on 1/4/23.Khatlyn is a keeper. She has a great personality and genuinely looked happy to be at work. She deserves a raise. This is pretty rare especially in the food industry. Food was hot and delicious.

Good was hot and delicious, in this day and age that's becoming a rarity. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and fries and wife got a frito Taco (thing) and a cheeseburger, both were great and the guy that came to the window even thanked us for the tip. Highly recommend.

we ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries. even asked the guy did he put extra cherries in it? he said yes.....they even charged me for the extra cherries. it was $4.09 for a medium. we gave guy $5 and he forgot my change when he brought the drink...... worst sonic ever..... this isn't first time this has happened here. Manager on duty hung up when I called to complain. horrible customer service and product at this location! will find another business to give my $$$ too........

I have been going to this sonic a bunch ....the last several times I've gone there, they have charged me for SEVERAL things but didn't put it in the bag .... Tonight was the LAST TIME and should be shut down ... the Lil punk manager Austin can't EVEN get a cherry limeade with 5 cherries correct ... I even asked the nappy head kid that brought my drink are you SURE my extra cherries in there he said yes sir ....get home not a one ... I understand that the owner doesn't care bc if so this problem wouldn't be on going ... let's all get together and stop going to this one and shut it down...they've stole from me the last time !!! piss poor service and MANAGEMENT!!! half the staff was outside hanging out but not working
