I never make reviews but this starbucks definitely deserves one. i’ve only been here a handful of times and everytime i go my drink either taste nasty or looks nasty. awhile ago i ordered a grande iced matcha with white chocolate cold foam. the drink looked and tasted disgusting. there was no difference between telling when the drink ended and where the cold foam started. it looked like they shook it up all together, i couldn’t taste my cold foam at all. it was all bubbly. i had gone inside and asked for it to be remade bc i didn’t like it but the lady at the register said its suppose to look like that, said maybe i dont like matcha and said that she would comp my remake this time but i would have to pay for it the next time. i could understand having to pay if i got another drink but i wanted the same exact thing. any other starbucks i go to my drinks are consistent. today i went to get a brown sugar shaken espresso with white chocolate cold foam and caramel drizzle. the lady that took my order was super nice and bubbly but when i pulled up to the window the person there looked liked they didn’t enjoy their job. they told me my total but didn’t repeat the order back or confirm with me. i also don’t know if i have to specifically ask for my drink to be stirred but there were clumps at the bottom of my drink and just looks unappetizing to me and again tasted horribly. this starbucks is never consistent with the other starbucks that i go to. i wish they were bc they’re right by my house rather than the mullins crossing ones.. at least the other stores taste better.
Waited an extremely long time for regular brewed coffee. People were leaving the line behind me because it took so long.
I got a hot tea that was way too hot. When I took my first sip 30 minutes after getting it, my taste buds burned off. they did not put the lid completely on and while I was taking the sip, burning hot tea dripped down on my hand and clothes (I still can’t drink it and I’ve been letting it cool for an hour)
I received amazing service and was served by a sweet employee named Gabrielle, who has a great sense of humor!
I frequent this Starbucks alot and I must say they get the order wrong most of the time or they fail to let you know if they will be discontinuing a drink or a food items before you get to the window to pay and pick up your order. This has happened to me many times. Sick and tired
The staff is very friendly.
Decided to park and go inside because there were NO cars in the drive thru. Almost 15 minutes later and now a drive thru full when I walked out my order was ready. Guess everyone went on break at once. Definitely go to Rooted next time.

This location is always quick and helpful when I go, after school hours.
On a Sunday morning, I realize that Starbucks is probably over off the busiest places on the planet. However, my review is due to lack of accountability from one member of the staff. We placed a pretty regular order for 3 people consisting of 2 Americanos, 1 pumpkin cold brew and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The pumpkin cold brew and bagel was ready in a few minutes time. We waited for another 4-5 minutes before asking about the americanos. The staff member responsible for making them informed us that “mobile orders take priority and it’ll be up shortly” in a condescending tone. Cool. They’re busy, something happened, not a big deal. It’s on their radar at least. 10 more minutes go by and finally our two-ingredient drinks arrive on the counter. When asking for straws and not getting any acknowledgment, I ask again and get a very snarky, “I’m getting them, hold on.”
There was a disconnect somewhere from the time I made an order at the counter to walking to the pickup area. Half of our drink order was lost in the sea of orders being prepared on a busy Sunday morning, and it happens. We’re all human. But if anyone had taken ownership of what happened with a very modest apology all would’ve been well. I hope the barista working the espresso bar has a better second half of the day because the first clearly wasn’t going well.
My tip: place a mobile order and give this location 10-15 minutes to fulfill that order.

26 minutes in line without an apology… I would have left. I felt bad because I had ordered the window and the ordering station for 26 minutes.

It’s a bacon sausage wrap. The only thing to make it better is to add sausage and bacon!
