This is another of these places often overlooked. It is now one of my favorite places for yogurts and coconut ice cream. There is much more to this little place than one would first presume. My presumption is that its simple looking facade hides many features on the inside. Wild Sugar offers a comfortable atmosphere with some of most amenable and courteous personnel that welcomes ever customer with a smile and an invitation to have a seat an enjoy frozen yogurt in many flavors, multiple toppings, different flavor milkshakes that entices to want more, cookies and cup cakes that will upset your plans to stay away and not even try a small sample...You chose what flavor, any menu item, and how much you want. The seating facilities are comfortable, well laid out, place is clean and bright. Wild Sugar has earned my five stars. My suggestion is that you take a visit if you are in the Evans-Augusta Georgia area, and decide for your self.
I was so disappointed. The machines are always broken and the flavors mix together when the flavors are not supposed to. The employee was so rude when I asked questions about ingredients due to food allergies and this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with terrible customer service. I was very disappointed.
The ice cream was amazing!
Cute little shop with tasty ice cream. The interior has a nice vibe and the person who helped us today was super sweet and friendly.
We would have eaten some but the girl that was there said if it's not blinking idk so we left. I didn't want choclate that a or pine apple.
I just visited for the first time. I drive by pretty much daily so figured I would stop in and see what it was about. Love the fact they have Italian ice. That’s my favorite!! I was very excited to see a flat rate price. So I filled my cup and went to the toppings. This is why I’m giving 4 stars. The variety of toppings were great. However the cross contamination is what bothered me. I know customers don’t always use different spoons and things spill but you should really check and make sure things are not being dropped into other containers. I saw they have boba which is a perfect addition to Italian ice. I go to scoop and there were walnuts in the boba 😞. Other than the messy toppings station everything else was great, thick flavorful Italian ice. I’ll go back that won’t be my last time.
I came back for a sweet cold treat so edited my 4 star rating to 5. They have fixed the cross-contamination of toppings issue. There are no longer toppings or scoops for people to dip into multiple different bowls on the toppings bar, just the ones you dispense from the wall. The topping bar was extremely clean. Now you have to ask for the things that normally would have required a scoop. I appreciate that from someone that has to watch out forcross contamination. This is now my go to place. Tigers blood with strawberry boba!!
This place looks so nice and has the best milkshake I have ever had in my life
It's a great froyo, coffee, and milkshake place. Good variety of flavors.
First time going there and ended up going twice in three days.
Get the "flat rate" cup. Its $6.95 but I asked the girl what the cost would be by weight and it would have been over $9 and $11 over the 2 times.
Wide range of flavors.

Place is so adorable. Great bright happy clean shop. Kids were so happy to come in. Frozen yogurt yummy. So many toppings. 6.25 flat rate is great for kids because you don’t have to micromanage. My 8 and 5 year old loved it. Will be coming back.

first time trying their froyo. came by after a walk at the Savannah rapids on a hot day! soo satisfying. they have sample cups. one thing is that while dispensing it can get messy as some flavors come out melted so be careful. also, I really wish they had a Tart flavor :) the interior decor is super cute for pics.

Today at Wild Sugar was awesome!!! They have brought back live music in full swing and my family, and I are here for it! The guy singing tonight really packed the house (along with the sugary sweets of course). This is one of my favorite small businesses to support in town and I truly appreciate all that the management and employees do for the place. I cannot wait to see what the future events will be like since it seems to just get better and better.

I love Wild Sugar, I really do. But there is one thing that has bothered me for so long and tonight it really came to a head. There is always only ONE girl working at night on weekends. Number one, that’s not safe. And number two, bless her heart, she was barely able to keep up. There was a large group who had all ordered milkshakes and she was having to make those while checking out everyone else. The place was FULL. She kept running over to clean the toppings and empty trash, answer the phone, clean the bathroom and sweep. It’s way too much for one person and that’s a VERY poor judgment call from the owners. Just because your employees are young doesn’t mean they should be in a condition such as that, especially for a young female’s safety. As much as I enjoy the atmosphere and the treats, I really can’t support that decision from their management. Like I said, this isn’t an isolated incident. It has been this way for years.
Absolutely delicious and refreshing! The owner let us sample until we had our favorite flavor. Wonderful experience overall!
