Never Coming to this Taco Bell Establishment again we went through the drive-through and my partner forgot to order the two extra tacos He wanted the lady working the drive thru window was very Rude and she then said after we got our food that we would have to go all the way back of the drive-through line and come all the way back through and wait in line. Then a few days later we went back inside to eat this time the table tablet at the kiosk was halfway broken. The screen didn’t work barely I had to keep thumping the screen it made my fingers hurt because it just wouldn’t work. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this Taco Bell if you live near the Augusta areas

If you do not mind your orders being messed up or missing, this is the place for you! I can almost guarantee they will mess up your order. I never leave reviews but this is just getting old and I'm done wasting money here

I was in the hospital for like over 5 hours and decided to get me some Taco Bell at around like 8:00PM or so for dine in. The drive thru was insane wait was long due to the shortage of staff, but that’s perfectly fine with me as I’ve worked in fast food and retail and understand the hell that comes with it. 😭
A very sweet girl with black nail polish was there and helped get me some napkins and my drink as the option didn’t have sweet tea, but I didn’t realize that whatever drink you choose, you just go get and what not. Definitely give this girl a raise. 💯 The food was yummy and so worth the wait. Thank you girl! Also the guy working cashier was hella nice! Totally recommend this place for some quick and yummy fast food! 🥰🩷

I did a drive thru order and I spent 38 for me and a friend's food. The food was subpar, food was cold and the portion was so small specially for the price. And to make things worse they didn't give me my friends crunchwrap. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by not checking the bag till I got home; I mean they did take about 10 mins to give me the food. So yeah definitely not going to this Taco bell ever again.

Any time we want taco bell, we come to this location. We never order on the machine & some places are really sticklers about that but Breneshiah took our order. She did not conplain or make us feel any type of way. She was very friendly, even though our order was a little conplex. Food was GREAT! Very fresh. Its been fresh the last several times we came. Even though I know the google reviews dont really do anything for fast food restaurants, this one still deserved the 5 star review. Even the drink machine had crisp, carbonated drinks. Well done taco bell & crew

Food the last 3 times, have been so soggy with grease, the last time, the bag was soaked through and ruined my car seats and the food ripped through the bottom. Was definitely a mess to clean up. The food is usually great but this past month has been awful at this location.

I do not know how this Taco Bell has bad reviews. It’s Taco Bell… We always utilize app ordering and drive thru pick-up. They are extremely fast!
My order was supposed to be ready, was labeled as ready on the website for over 15 minutes. When I went to the counter to see If I could speak to someone I was ignored. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to finally address me at the counter and my order was just sitting back there in the back the entire time. The staff cared more about singing and laughing in the back, then addressing the six customers that were at the counter, waiting for pick up orders.

1/3/25, 6pm Waited 30 minutes for the order ! They were serving the to go orders first! One of our orders was cold ! It was taken back to the counter & told the cashier it was cold. She argued with my husband about it being cold!
