This place is hit or miss. Really good when they're on their game, but when they aren't, they will actually forget to add the full ingredients, or under- or overcook things. Waitstaff sometimes are really nice and sometimes they act like your being there is an inconvenience. I used to recommend this restaurant, now I don't. I'm giving 3 stars for the times the food has been so good otherwise this rating would be one star. I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was not great.

Terrible communication. Ordered from this place on Mother’s Day cause their website said I they were opened all day today and pulled up and they had signs that they WERE CLOSED. They didn’t even have a refund option!

Do not order takeout from this place. Got forced into a sketchy app. Order food, they take your money up front. I get there, they're closed and have a sign out front to go somewhere else to pick up food. No address, just the name of a restaurant. Get there, line out the door of other people in the same predicament, wait in line for 30 minutes, find out they haven't even started on my food.

I recently ordered from Thai Kitchen Augusta and had a generally positive experience. We tried the Pad Thai combo along with one of the lunch menu items and some side dishes. The Pad Thai was flavorful, with a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy notes—definitely one of the better ones we've had in the area.
However, we did encounter a small issue with our order. We didn’t receive the combo fried rice and sweet tea that we had ordered, which was a bit disappointing. Despite the mix-up, the food we did receive was delicious, and we enjoyed the meal overall.
We’d still be happy to order again in the future, as the quality and taste of the food made a good impression. Hopefully, next time everything will arrive as expected!
